This was our first time at Jordan House, and we were more than impressed. The check in was easy, the room was so clean and beautiful! It was so perfect!
I WAS a customer of quality inn Grimsby I suffered from harassment from them. There was hockey games in the hallway and children banging on doors for 5 to 8 hours. Quality inn complaints done nothing i stayed there over 100 times. This hotel is buy far nicer and quiet this hotel is pet friendly and I have a service animal. Most places don't charge a fee for service animals. My pet is cleaner than humans. The view here is very nice also. I've chosen to bring my business here. The quality inn in Grimsby ont abused me for 2 years. I'm very grateful to this hotel for providing me with a clean quiet room where they don't play hockey in the hallways and guests don't bang on doors. I am a very peaceful guest that respects a hotel that doesn't engage in harassment and discrimination along with providing me a safe place to sleep. I give this place 10stars if I could
No breakfast
No wifi
Great location in wine country. It was clean and comfortable. It’s not a luxury property, but it’s a nice, basic room. Breakfast at Restaurant on the Twenty was tasty and not overly expensive.
There’s no elevator, so that may be an issue for some guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage There’s no reception desk - you retrieve the room key at another location up the street. Breakfast is at another location as well. All these weren’t an issue for my party - it’s a 5 minute walk in safe, pretty town.
Was very easy to get checked in and out and the room was nice.
Great location and patina. The adjoining pub was good as well.
Premium room was clean & very spacious. Staff were pleasant & accommodating. Check in & check out went smoothly.

Entrance of Jordan House looked worn down. Furniture was weathered. Pillows were thin.
I would not consider this a Luxury Hotel. It was not worth the $300/ night.
