Clean room and very beautiful grounds
Nothing
the room was very small but it was clean and slept well. TV channel options are random. Air-con worked well (it was 33 degrees outside). elevator lights need fixing but there is a notice explaining. the restaurant is very very good :)

Staff were very accomodating and tge lication , facilities were great
Setting was lovely and was comfortable.
The bathroom was needing renewed - hand basin was chipped, radiator was rusty and taps corroded on basin.
Friemdly and comfortable stay.
The air conditioning was not working.

Reception was very helpful
The lift lights were not fixed during our stay and went down to one emergency bulb which was flickering.
Many of the paths and steps outside are very uneven and in places broken, not very safe!
The gardens have at some time been beautiful, it would have been lovely to see them maintained even those not directly visible from a window.
Whenever we went into the conservatory area e.g. on arrival for tea it was closed so we had to use the resteraunt, it did look a nice place to sit.

Great location, beautiful setting. Hotel could do with a little bit of TLC throughout but nothing wrong as such. Attentive and helpful service, yummy food.
Restaurant manager (?) overdid checking up on me, his staff had it all in hand, and I am capable of dealing with my napkin myself. He should have focussed on offering me a spoon for my spaghetti instead.
