Very friendly staff
Clearly not a five star hotel. Old facilities. Terrible acoustics as you could hear other rooms clearly. Away from town. Poor breakfast.
A lovely place to relax, with excellent connections to the city center (via bus service) and magnificent views. The rooms are very spacious, well-decorated, and well-equipped. The breakfast is plentiful. I recommend it.

Xelena Hotel & Suites was our home for 4 nights and 5 days on our visit to El Calafate, Argentina. Located a bit away from downtown, Xelena is a luxurious hotel in a beautiful location with magnificent views. Our spacious lake view room had spectacular views, comfortable bed and all the essential amenities. The breakfast spread was amazing and the service was good. Overall we had a wonderful experience.
Equipe extremamente atenciosa. Quartos confortáveis. Piscina com vista maravilhosa. Café da manhã excelente, servido a partir das 6h, o que é ótimo para dias em que os passeios começam cedo.
O único problema é o box do banheiro , que é aberto e por isso o chão molha durante o banho.
Tudo perfeito 😍 a piscina aquecida é excepcional ❤️

Beautiful location right in front of the lake. You can see the pink flamingos from your window. The service was great the room was clean. This place offers a complimentary shuttle service to down town and is always happy to help get a taxi if it’s out of the hours the shuttle runs. They have a bar with bites and a lobby where you can gather with friends and family. The World Cup was showing while in town. They have a nice spa with heated pool. Please bring your bathing suite!!!
