Pros:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent food and a beautiful ambiance! The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed dinner, I ordered Angus beef burger and it was so delicious. Thanks to Sir Jasson and the supervisor Sir Deo, for the great service!

Really Good Staycation Option
Pros:

Another great weekend stay. Entrance point within the newly renovated Glorietta mall complex. Even the serviced residence seem dated, it is still well maintained. In fact some of their suites are already redesigned. Eco friendly initiatives still enforced . The pool, fitness center and even a barbershop still there. The one bedroom suite was well furnished, with complete amenities made for longer stays. Even there was no Nespresso machine, they have a smart Tv option available . Room service and spa also can be arranged. Breakfast buffet was sufficient not compromising quality in their partner restaurant. Staff security were good. Also grateful to Front desk for not hesitating to give me a 1 pm checkout. Gelo of FD was very polite in handling my check in and out process.

A must stay hotel in Makati, Manila.
Pros:

Location is auperb. Shopping malls are all around and one is right down on a ground floor and very safe area. Staff is excellent.

Cons:

Twin beds are a bit too small. Nothing more.

Pros:

This property was absolutely fantastic, staff were extremely pleasant, the security the K-9 unit, reception, porters, servers and house keeping were all amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here in this hotel it was absolutely amazing. Will for sure be back thank you so much Ascott Makati

Love everything in the apartment!
Everything you need is there, including a washer & stove.
The place is neat and stylish.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Though the facility was under construction upgrade, we can tell customer comfort and well-being was taken into consideration.

Cons:

Some information for customers on pick-up location when using Grab. There were two pick-up points and we did not know how to describe to Grab drivers.

Our stay was very pleasant and we look forward to staying there again when we return to Manila!
Pros:

Location was GREAT! Breakfast was OK! The room was spacious, clean, the coffee maker and water container a very nice feature! Staff quite, gracious, friendly and professional, always willing to help!!! OH! THE GYM WAS THE BEST OF ANY HOTEL GYM WE HAVE USED. i HAVE TO SAY THE LIFE FITNESS IS MY PREFERRED GYM EQUIPMENT; TRULY ENJOYED OUR WORKOUT THERE.

Cons:

Overall it was a pleasant stay and the upgrade when first staying there was a great feature to want us to stay again and ultimately become a member. One thing that I feel needs to be addressed by your IT staff is to fix the problem we had of your system allowing us to become members and ability to access by our electronic devices. Can't do it, and your reception staff told us to just call. She tried a few times to try and correct the problem but was unsuccessful!

Clean, good service and close to SM mall and Ayala with many restaurants

The room was like furnished apartment, living area, kitchen and specious bedroom with enough closet

Great hotel in a great location! Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Staff are amazing, location is great. Rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

There are some building works being done around the entrance but it is not disruptive to the stay at all.
