Hotel right in the heart of Makati CBD
Pros:

Superb location! Can bring your pet. Mine was a small breed. 2k per night and should be 1bedroom.

Staycation at Ascott for 5 days
Pros:

I had a great experience with our family. We had spa night and the staff were super nice and helpful. Dining in at Mesclun during breakfast and afternoon coffee was so comfortable due to help of Dean. He was very accommodating and funny and nice. Thank you for making our stay very comfortable and nice. Hope to stay again here next year!

T'WAS A GREAT ASCOTT HOTEL FATHERS' DAY TREAT!
Pros:

I've got just one word in my experience with Ascott Makati: AMAZING!

I WAS A HOTELIER from an adjacent facility once upon a time, and I should know what service meant.

My fam and I are "Hotel–Hoppers," and I can assure you we were extremely pleased by the way we were treated- on a very important event for us (FATHERS' DAY, 21 June 2026):

1. Hotel staff was extremely helpful!

2. Facilities within reach and not one area was without an attendant!

3. Bedroom door was accidentally locked with no one inside to open it- 2x.
Called Room Service for a rescue and, voila- a staff came knocking for SOS- 2X! Kudos to the guy who went to fix it! (You could ask who it was.. Didn't get a chance to ask him, though.

4. A fam-gang member went to the outdoor basketball court within the premises, went back to the room to report that there was some sort of contest (since it was Fathers' Day).

Since all of us have a knack for basketball, we all headed to the court to try our luck.

We were given a chance by CHRISTINE JANE MARTIN to a volley of shots and we were handed tokens (that I'd rather not say for spoiler reasons 😁) which doubled the fun and excitement right after!
(You should treat her to a free night's stay - with dinner - for being very, very cordial! 🥰)

5. Parking was never a problem!*

6. Security to the entrance was extremely respectful and even guided and assisted us in our queries!

Hard rain in the late afternoon towards the evening (due to inclement weather) may have dampened our shoulders and shoes, but overall, we were never disheartened by the service and warm and cozy treatment that ASCOTT HOTEL treated us to!

*Although the Exit Cashier charged and wanted to collect a hefty sum from us on our way out. When I asserted that we were guests, she "double-checked" our validated ticket and were eventually released (within 30secs) without having to pay (HEY.. We were guests, right! 😉)

Time well spent with friends!
Pros:

The staff were so nice. The room is excellent. It has amenities needed for longer staycation. The space feels like you are in your own house so my friends enjoyed our bonding time.

Amazing hotel experience!!
Pros:

Hotel & Mesclun staff was amazing!! Ryan, Kenneth, Riza, Dean (Supervisor), Aizel and all the amazing chefs who made our buffet breakfast such a feast, everyday!! Service was superb, professional and super friendly!!
Jenny and the Front Desk team are all top notch!! Will definitely book again!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent food and a beautiful ambiance! The atmosphere was perfect for a relaxed dinner, I ordered Angus beef burger and it was so delicious. Thanks to Sir Jasson and the supervisor Sir Deo, for the great service!

Really Good Staycation Option
Pros:

Another great weekend stay. Entrance point within the newly renovated Glorietta mall complex. Even the serviced residence seem dated, it is still well maintained. In fact some of their suites are already redesigned. Eco friendly initiatives still enforced . The pool, fitness center and even a barbershop still there. The one bedroom suite was well furnished, with complete amenities made for longer stays. Even there was no Nespresso machine, they have a smart Tv option available . Room service and spa also can be arranged. Breakfast buffet was sufficient not compromising quality in their partner restaurant. Staff security were good. Also grateful to Front desk for not hesitating to give me a 1 pm checkout. Gelo of FD was very polite in handling my check in and out process.

A must stay hotel in Makati, Manila.
Pros:

Location is auperb. Shopping malls are all around and one is right down on a ground floor and very safe area. Staff is excellent.

Cons:

Twin beds are a bit too small. Nothing more.

This property was absolutely fantastic, staff were extremely pleasant, the security the K-9 unit, reception, porters, servers and house keeping were all amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay here in this hotel it was absolutely amazing. Will for sure be back thank you so much Ascott Makati

Though the facility was under construction upgrade, we can tell customer comfort and well-being was taken into consideration.

Cons:

Some information for customers on pick-up location when using Grab. There were two pick-up points and we did not know how to describe to Grab drivers.
