I was incorrectly charged twice for my stay (about $400 extra). When I first contacted the property through Booking.com messages, I was ignored. After reaching out by text, I was told I had booked two rooms, which was incorrect—I was traveling alone and only booked one room. The explanation kept changing, with different reasons given for the extra charge. Eventually, the staff admitted it was their mistake and said they had processed a refund, but I still have not received it. I’m still trying to recover my money, which has made this a very frustrating experience.

I had already been charged the correct amount the other 753.00 was a duplicate charge. I would just like additional stay

I’m overcharged by 353.00 I offered to send it to the associate would not give me a email to show. Even asked to just keep it and move it

Good location, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Close to both Red Rock Canyon and the airport. Decent breakfast which wasn't very busy. Comfortable room with a big bed.

It was a pity that the airco couldn't be put on just
