Great hotel, great location.
Pros:

Lovely room. Very good breakfast. Awesome location. Was able to walk to all museums and Broadway. Exercise room was very good, also. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Parking is too expensive. $60 per night is ridiculous. We found a garage a few blocks away for half the price, which was also too expensive, but at least less than the hotel's price.

It is a hotel that is overpriced for the quality. I will not stay there again.

Cons:

Dirty, old furniture in the lobby, ac in common areas not working. First room smelled like someone had recently smoked weed. They got us a different room.

Pros:

It is really run down.. I paid almost 400 for 1 night after taxes and 60 for parking.. We stayed one night and it was pretty gross.. Like other reviews stated, it is extremely worn down.. Rusty hinges in the bathroom and paint missing on the walls in the bedroom. There were pieces of the ceiling chipping in the room.. The hallways and lobby were very warm.. Everything felt very dated and run down. Very disappointed. I have stayed at the Embassy a block over for the same price and it was wonderful. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Great stay! Room was great, staff was very nice and helpful. I had a change in travel plans and Marco was great helping me get it sorted out. Definitely recommend!

The kindest staff
Pros:

My partner and I had the best support and service from staff at the Hampton in Nashville. Our flight was delayed and when we arrived our actual hotel stay was overbooked and we didn't have a room for another 8 hours. We were so tired and needed to sleep because it was 14hrs of flying and around 24hrs no sleep because of time differences. Jackie on the front desk was so understanding and patient with us. We are Scottish and with a thick accent it was no easy job understanding us: Jackie was kind, conscientious and patient with us. This stay was the end of our honeymoon and having a room early check in meant we were able to enjoy our first night in Nashville. We are eternally grateful. Thank you to the team at Hampton Nashville, what a lovely staff you have, everyone we came across was polite, welcoming and professional just what we needed after a long journey with lots of hiccups. They were a reminder that kindness and humanity prevails. Thank you again!!!
