Perfect for our concert at Bridgestone!
Pros:

Loved how close the property is to downtown, how clean the whole location is (rooms, outside, lobby with breakfast, etc.)

Cons:

The room is comfortable, but the hallway and elevators were a tad bit muggy hot.

Frechheit! Vor Ankunft seitens Hotel storniert wurden!
Pros:

30min vor Ankunft wurde uns das Zimmer storniert! Grund angeblich die Kreditkarte. Noch beim Anruf wurde uns eingestanden das es überbucht ist und keine Zimmer mehr frei sind. Also einfach ihr Problem gelöst und uns mit 4 Leuten sitzen lassen.

Cons:

Service des Personals am Schalter.

The location is good. Complimentary breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were not comfortable.
Pros:

The location was perfect.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable. We even heard other guests also complaining about it. We also had to keep asking for towels. Housekeeping never came to the room.

Pros:

The location was great. The staff at the hotel were very nice as it was the valet service. Bed was comfortable. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

The room could use a little updating where pain is chipped off, etc. also the area where you have breakfast some of the chairs and tables were absolutely disgusting. Didn’t seem to be enough staff working as we had to wait at check-in time as only one person was working and I noticed the next day it was the same issue.!!??

Great location for a short trip in the city
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect - it was very close to places we wanted to visit on foot, and felt very safe for two women walking around at night. The staff were really friendly, and provided a lot of helpful recommendations for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was fine, not enough savoury options and we were horrified to see how much plastic wastage there was - plastic cutlery and crockery, and apples wrapped in cling film. The room was large but a little tired.

The convenience of being able to walk to down town and the great breakfast . The beds were comfortable. Staff very helpful and nice .

Cons:

There is only one option for parking !!! I wanted to self park at the hotel , not in a public parking lot . The bathrooms needs alittle updating and better water pressure .
