ibis Styles Paris Mairie de Montreuil

Nous avons séjourné jeudi 25 juin dans la chambre 615 de l'ibis styles mairie de Montreuil pensant pouvoir profiter de la climatisation proposée par cet hôtel.

Quelle fût notre déception !

Nous avons eu droit à un mince filet d'air à peine rafraîchi en lieu et place d'une climatisation.

Payer 185 € pour cette prestation ne nous semble pas acceptable. 

Nous tenons donc à vous faire part de notre plus grande insatisfaction après cette expérience client regrettable.

L'accès au parking est accessible en voiture, mais l'accès piétons est déplorable.
Il serait souhaitable que l'hôtel réfléchisse à un autre système d'ouverture de la porte : badge peu pratique. Trouver une solution indépendante pour l'accès piéton.

La colazione era buona ma ho notato alcuni moscerini volare sui prodotti aperti. Ci vorrebbe forse un po' di attenzione in questo.

Douche bouillante, hote d'accueil assez lent, personnel de petit déjeuner qui râle sur les clients.

it was very hot in paris in particular week and AC was not working, when i request to shift me in other room or at least put a fan in the room but no support from hotel staff and they said you can change the hotel after taking full amount. there were cockroach inside the room.

La chambre trop petite voire oppressante au 7ème malheureusement la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement ainsi que la douche où nous n’avons pas pu descendre la température de l’eau. Certes il y avait la canicule mais franchement rapport qualité prix très décevant !! Finalement nous sommes partis une nuit plus tôt. Concernant le parking, il faut aller chercher la télécommande pour y accéder (une seule pour tout le monde donc il faut attendre) et le garage est sale et puant

Aircondition below par. Made sleeping hard. Came from another hotel with working aircon, also in heatwave. No interest from staff. Missed minibar and cold water in shower. Bad draining sink. A lot of Traffic outside. Not good gluten free alternatives.

Avoid this hotel: Bed bugs in Room 707 and indifferent staff

​I had a terrible experience during my stay here and feel compelled to warn other travelers.
​First and most importantly, I discovered bed bugs in Room 707. They were located right in the bed area on the wooden board. Beyond the pest issue, the room itself was incredibly dirty and poorly maintained.
​When I brought evidence of the bed bugs to the front desk, the staff showed zero interest in the problem and completely dismissed my concerns. This level of indifference toward a major hygiene and health hazard is entirely unacceptable for an Accor-branded hotel.
​To top it all off, the breakfast was an absolute joke. It was incredibly poor with virtually nothing to eat, offering zero value for money.
​Between the filth, the bed bug infestation in Room 707, the terrible food, and the completely unhelpful staff, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to immediately quarantine that room and bring in professional pest control. Future guests: Check your beds thoroughly or book elsewhere.

le fait que la clim ne fonctionne pas, l’odeur nauséabonde émanant de la salle de bain

Malheureusement, la clim était en panne et comme il faisait 40° dehors, il faisait très chaud dans les chambres, je n'ai donc quasiment pas dormi. J'avais pourtant choisi de privilégier cet hôtel plus cher que d'autres pour l'assurance qu'il y aurait la clim.
