Pros:

В отеле очень вежливый персонал. Заселили утром сразу как приехала, ждать не пришлось. Завтраки неплохие, не более того, соответствовали моим ожиданиям. Расположение отеля превосходное 👍

The receptionist on duty was very unprofessional and needs to improve.

Location is right at center of the beach

Cons:

I stayed at this hotel on May 12 and was quite disappointed with the front desk service. The receptionist on duty needs to maintain a more professional, polite, and welcoming attitude toward guests. Furthermore, it is clear that they require basic hospitality training before interacting with customers. Hotel service should be warm and respectful, which was unfortunately lacking during my encounter.

Additionally, we booked five rooms, but two of them were super hot because the air conditioning did not work properly.

The position is fantastic but it’s a aged premises which is on its last legs. You pay for what you get, it doesn’t have

The position is probably the best in Nha Trang

Cons:

Noisy in the morning with a 5am exercise class with a megaphone across the road everyday which is pretty annoying.
The Gym probably needs to be removed, it’s unusable.

Cheap modern accommodation in good location.
Pros:

Location was great and room was large, breakfast great! If you stay make sure you get up early and do the exercises with locals which start around 5.30am on the shore front.

Cons:

Lift was soooo slow. Unfortunately, there is stalled construction next door, so had a horrible view which I can't see changing any time soon.

Отель, который я точно не порекомендую и в который не вернусь
Pros:

вкусные и разнообразные завтраки
Уборка каждый день
Расположение (добавила бы еще и минус)
На этом всё.

Cons:

В холле отеля душно, кондиционеры не справляются, иногда, ради экономии электроэнергии, их вообще отключают;
В лифте нет вентиляции, пока едешь можно словить тепловой удар;
Абсолютно не клиентоориентированные сотрудники ресепшена, за время пребывания не решили ни один вопрос, лица все время недовольные;
На этажах нет ни кондиционеров, ни вентиляторов, очень жарко;
Двери в номерах времен постройки отеля (1996), щели огромные, слышимость потрясная;
На 13 этажей всего 2 лифта, иногда ждать очень долго. В самый час пик, утром, начинают кататься со своими тележками горничные. Ни зайти, ни выйти;
Бассейн на задворках с видом на стройку и бетонные стены;
В номерах окна совсем тоненькие и слышишь АБСОЛЮТНО все, что происходит на улице, а это центр города!
Ну и вид из окна-стройка (!!!) о которой нет нигде ни слова;
Утренние зарядки в 5 утра вьетнамских пенсионеров под орущую колонку и кричащую в микрофон ведущую…Вам не выспаться;
Сотрудникам отеля на вас плевать, ни каких действия для улучшения вашего отдыха они делать не будут.
Вернусь ли я сюда и посоветую ли я этот отель-однозначно нет! Рядом есть более современные, гостеприимные и за те же деньги отели.
