Très bon séjour
Pros:

Très bon emplacement. Chambre qui nous donnait sur place donc avec tous les avantages mais aussi un peu de bruit (moi cela ne m’a pas dérangé du tout).
Très propre. Très bon accueil. Déco un peu vieillotte mais c’est l’identité de l’hôtel.

Perfect location in a lovely appointed hotel with excellent staff.
Pros:

Excellent location on the square. Our rooms had views over it. Lovely traditional rooms with high quality bathroom and good aircon. Staff at reception great!

Cons:

We liked everything. Minor things for hotel to consider are replacing the mattress in room 33 - sagging and has had its day! Also lack of full length mirrors in both rooms we had.

Il miglior alloggio in Piazza a Cracovia
Pros:

Tutto!
Camera grande, comoda, dotata di ogni servizio e comfort.
Inoltre, dal nostro terrazzino al 4 piano, avevamo la più bella vista di Cracovia su tutta la piazza del mercato e sulla cattedrale di Santa Maria.
Colazione a buffet, con possibilità di ordinare extra, eccellente, varia e abbondante.
Consigliatissimo.

Central location and a beautiful room
Pros:

The location and view from the window on the Main Square and the Mariacki Church. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom - huge and lovely. Being able to listen to the Trumpet Call sitting in the window of the hotel was a total highlight.

Cons:

I’m a light sleeper so I couldn’t fall asleep until most of the bars closed, but it would not be a problem for anyone who can fall asleep easily. The windows provide great sound-proofing overall.
