Das geht deutlich besser…
Pros:

Lage ist perfekt

Cons:

Starker Geruch im Badezimmer aus den Abfluss, einzige Maßnahme war Raumspray, es war unerträglich, angeblich kein anderes Zimmer frei…
Zum Glück hatten wir nur 2 Nächte gebucht.

Cons:

Il bagno e in genere la camera hanno bisogno di una drastica manutenzione. Bagno piccolo e con vasca (senza chiedere preferenze) . Pericolosa da usare, con bordo alto e vetro di protezione che rimpicciolisce l'uscita. Porta scorticata .
cambio biancheria non adeguato. In sostanza, in una camera superior in un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più

Location is good, hotel is clean and overall it's okayish.
Seaview room has nice view on the bay.
Food for breakfast is good - they also have option for early breakfast (before 7:30).

Cons:

Lack of free parking in the area - after paying 300 euros per night, complimentary parking would be expected.
We payed parking around 20 euros per night and it was not easy to find a spot also on payed spaces.
Price is really high and from my perspective not really justified by the quality overall.
Bathroom was clean, but dark and without proper ventilation - after spending day on the beach, it's impossible to dry clothes.
It feels like the hotel was built on great location, but due to lack of other hotels nearby they keep the price high without any extras.

30 years old mattress… best place to stay if you want to destroy your back
Pros:

Location is great. Easy access to the beach and to the old town.

Cons:

Sleeping on a cheap, overused and outdated mattress in a hotel when you pay that kind of price is just unacceptable. The mattress is a simple low quality foam mattress of 20cm that was purchased in 1996. How can you honestly accept to sleep on a 30 years old mattress when you pay that price and simply destroy your back? Furthermore and on another level, I was requested for a deposit of 300euros to be able to bring my race bicycle into my room, in case the bike decides to get wild and destroy the hotel room... When I enter the room, the walls were dirty and damaged. It is in my honest opinion ok to charge higher rates when there is an event going on in the city, but at least , you should not abuse it and believe your customers are stupid.
