We enjoyed our short stay and the room was very clean.

It’s worth it if you’re on the top floor and the amenities are open.
Pros:

The room itself was nice. It was a good size and the bathroom was huge. It had a smart TV which most budget accommodations do not have and full size appliances.

Cons:

None of the amenities were open. No restaurant, no pool, no hot tub. We were on the entry level so our “balcony” was basically in the parking lot and offered no privacy as we couldn’t even open the backdoor or blinds without people in the parking lot seeing us in bed. There was a quarter sized hole in corner of the front door. The walls are absolutely paper thin. We could hear every conversation outside and we could hear people above us loudly banging around, stomping, opening and closing doors, and yelling at night. We decided to leave early the night before check out because of this as we couldn’t deal with it another night.

Covienice to everything clean nice rooms and per friendly the pet deposit alittle high though should be $50 at most not $100 otherwise great stay

Fantastic value and location.
Pros:

Super great value. Easy drive to downtown or biltmore village. Easy parking. Really spacious units. The largest shower I’ve ever used.

Cons:

Strange policies regarding extra blankets (a limit of two for a three bedroom apartment with 5 people in it? And one of the “blankets” brought was a mattress pad?). To be clear this was very minor and we would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed -Never staying here again

Location.
The two bedroom suite was spacious

Cons:

Not much- just that the flush didn’t work, the shower was not draining , and it took over a day and many many calls for it to get fixed.
Ofcourse no breakfast because on-site restaurant was “temporarily” closed.
No housekeeping until the guests check out

Pros:

We rented the three bedroom apartment for a long weekend. It was spacious, and the furniture was comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen needed some maintenance. The faucet on the kitchen sink could not be switched to stream. It only sprayed. The refrigerator was leaking water onto the kitchen floor. The water dispenser and ice dispenser on the refrigerator were not working. This meant that there was no ice or filtered water available for our first evening. The place was not all that clean. For example, there was a used washcloth draped over one of the shower heads. Also, the restaurant was shut down.

A big disappointment
Pros:

Convenient location.
Size of apartment was great for a couple

Cons:

Upon entering the property at 10 pm we discovered that almost half the lightbulbs were not working
There was no night stand or light on one side of the bed. Mattress was not comfortable and the sheets were not soft, they are rough and pilled apparently very old or cheap or both. Walls were scuffed and dirty and carpet in bedroom was torn.
Unfortunately what has the potential to be a lovely well appointed comfortable apartment missed the mark due to neglect and disrepair
