Would stay again but definitely ask first about the elevator.
Pros:

The room was lovely. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The elevator was out of service. I had to haul the luggage up two flights of stairs.

Good clean hotel with easy access to downtown Asheville and Interstate Highways.
Pros:

Good location that had two bathrooms with very comfortable living room furniture. The pool was clean, and was warmed to a good temperature. Water pressure in the main bedroom shower was good.

Cons:

Dishwasher was non-functional. Hot tub at the pool area was marked off with "police tape". Fireplace in the living room is shut off during the "Summer" months which was not "disclosed" until an inquiry was made.

Good value, but wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. We had to go get food and found the way we traveled through a neighborhood very sketchy. Tons of homeless people and no streetlights

Cons:

The condo was in need of some deep cleaning. Actually found a USED CONDOM under the bed!!!! I was livid and disgusted.

Loving Asheville
Pros:

We loved it here! Wish we were able to stay longer! The room was super clean & comfortable, and in a great location close to everything. We loved almost everything about this place.

Cons:

If i had to pick something I guess it would be that the elevator was not working. So we had to carry all our bags up 4 sets of stairs.

We enjoyed our visit with family but feel like the property needs some attention.
Pros:

We were not told the elevator was not working and we were on the fourth floor.
The stairs area was not clean.
A ceiling light in the kitchen was flickering strongly.
Numerous towel racks were loose or even unusable.

Pros:

It was a very nice apartment and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The restaurant was closed. And since it was highly rated I had been looking forward to eating there. There was also no ice in the freezer. We had to go to the front desk for ice.

Wonderful stop on our way home!
Pros:

We were on the basement level, so we could hear a lot of footsteps and water running. Otherwise, everything was better than we could have expected.

Friendly, efficient staff, luxury condo-like rooms, excellent bathrooms and bedrooms.
Pros:

The rooms were incredibly nice, and the bathrooms exceeded expectations! I took a long hot bath in the huge master bathtub, which was incredible. The kitchen was small and perfect, and the common area had plenty of room for the 3 of us. Everything was clean, the beds were good, I wish we'd booked more than one night.

Cons:

The wifi was pretty crappy on the Sunday we were there, but perked up again for the Monday - not sure why. That was the only problem we saw.

Beautiful property with terrible flaw.
Pros:

The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff was super sweet at check-in. The bathroom was huge, and the kitchen space was well supplied. I loved the fireplace.

Cons:

The elevator was out, so the only choice to get to our room was stairs regardless of parking above or below the room. The hot tub was being worked on and empty and front desk staff didn't seem to even know this as I was told where it was and the time it and the pool closed but then after waking quite a distance and up multiple flights of stairs it was empty and roped off. But neither of these 2 issues were as a big an issue as the fact that you could hear every movement in the room above us all night and they seemed to have small children that were running around all night long. It was miserable, and we got no sleep. There are no phones to call the front desk, so the only way to contact them is to get up and drive down to the office in the middle of the night.

A wonderful place to stay with family or friends. Also, a great value compared to other places.
Pros:

We have stayed here once before and there's no other place for us in Asheville! The rooms are so spacious and nice, it's just a beautiful location and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Older room that could use some updating but close to the Biltmore.
Pros:

The room was large, nice bathroom and ample kitchen space. Close to the Biltmore which was the purpose of our trip.

Cons:

The bed and pillows were so hard that we did not get a good night's sleep. Also the room could accommodate a King bed. The restaurant was closed which was advertised as one of the main amenities and also the hot tub. It had rained the night before and the breezeways were full of water stepping out of the elevator. An effort to sweep that away could have been made for safety reasons.

Overall it was a good experience and once I brought to front desk attention it was cleaned I was just disappointed no hi

We loved the location. And the staff!

Cons:

When we arrived our room was dirty .. spider webs in corners
The toilet was broke and the back bathroom was very dirty moldy toliet
After all this was address and a staff member did come in and clean and disinfected the whole room!!
But I never heard from a manger and was told one would make sure to talk to me!
