Nos dieron una habitación sin ventana, la piscina estaba sucia. Para tener una habitación con ventana te cobran casi 60 euros por noche por habitación
La ubicacion y atención del personal
Al ser un hotel 5 estrellas que no tenga televisión smart, paea poder elegir algo que ver a través de streaming y no solamente TV por cable con canales super limitados
Las camas son muy cómodas y las instalaciones en general son limpias y lindas
Nos quedamos una noche y justamente habían 2 matrimonios, así que en el check in lo primero que pedí fue una habitación alejada del ruido de los eventos pues no éramos parte de ellos. La primera habitación, a las 9 de la noche empezó la orquesta de uno de los eventos y el ruido era insoportable, imposible dormir con el. Pedimos cambio de habitación y nos dieron otra en el mismo piso, en la que no se escuchaba la música, nos acostamos a dormir y a las 12 de la noche empezó la orquesta del otro evento! Se sentía tan fuerte el ruido que nos despertó. Así que nuevamente tuvimos que llamar a recepción y nos cambiaron de nuevo a otra que si era silenciosa y por fin pudimos descansar. Pero no entiendo, como es posible que no nos hubieran dado esa habitación desde el principio y teniendo un hijo de 8 años, tener que estar recorriendo do todas las habitaciones en la madrugada para poder conciliar el sueño, siendo que uno paga en un hotel es para poder descansar! Así que no volveremos allá y tampoco lo reoxmwodaremos a nadie.
La variedad en el desayuno, la atención del personal del restaurante
Durante esta semana me aloje el 15 al 16 y del 19 al 20, en ambas ocasiones las bicicletas estaticas o para havcer cardio no estaban disponible
La piscina y la locación. La temperatura
The noise was incredible as it came from the guests partying until 5am. This is probably not typical, but I would recommend checking with the hotel before booking to see if there are events/weddings planned.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was generous and varied.
They're repairing an elevator and it's very noisy at night and early in the morning. It's terrible to be able to sleep.

Las habitaciones son limpias, iluminadas y ventiladas correctamente. El personal es atento y todas las comodidades mencionadas se cumplieron al pie de la letra, la comida deliciosa y generosa. Ubicación central, a 5/10 minutos de lugares turísticos
La acústica entre habitaciones ñ, podía escucharse voces de las personas en los pasillos.

No tienen cafeteras en las habitaciones ni servicio para pedir café en el comedor en la tarde noche.
The staff was nice and helpful
The bed was as hard as brick's, two full sized beds put together to make a kings sized bed. I couldn't get any sleep, I was hurting trying to lay there. The food wasn't buffet style,... I don't want to eat sliced hot dogs for breakfast, half the time there wasn't any meat, except for the cold ham, the juice had so much pulp in it, with no taste. Nothing about this hotel was international. I was disappointed at every moment, would not let me receive my own ice, just to charge me room service, no microwave in any room your basically not allowed to have outside food there. Oh and let me not forget the view from my window, it was another brick wall 🧱
