Zostaliśmy nieuczciwie potraktowani, gdyż hotel pobrał opłatę za apartament z balkonem,a dostaliśmy standardowy, duszny pokój na poddaszu z niesprawną klimatyzacją. Pomimo złożonych reklamacji ze strony obsługi klienta Booking oraz reklamacji złożonej bezpośrednio do hotelu, hotel nie raczył odpowiedzieć.
Nie polecam.

Resort mit 5 Sternen - Sicher (noch) nicht

Das freundliche und aufgeschlossene Personal - Danke für den tollen Support. Ein grosser Garten mit sehr viel Potenzial, der sicher noch etwas Fine-Tuning benötigt um ihn entsprechend in Szene zu setzen. Die Flexibilität bei der Zimmerauswahl. Dann bleibt mir noch das kostenlose Parken zu erwähnen. Zimmer (sauber), Frühstück und Lage waren OK - aber auch nicht mehr als das.

Cons:

Das Hotel nennt sich Resort und kategorisiert sich als 5 Sterne Haus (Landeskategorie hin oder her). Beschreibt sich als LHP Certaldo Resort, is a charming 5-star hotel in Certaldo. Wie genau diese Kategorie und Selbsteinschätzung zustande kommt, ist mir leider völlig unerklärlich. Das Personal ist super und ist ein guter Begleiter auf dem noch weiten Weg ein 5 Sterne Haus zu werden. Hier bedarf es dringend einer realistischen Einschätzung des Hotel Managements. Die Preise an der Bar sind angesichts der Situation und es derzeitigen Ambientes so drüber, dass man es schwer haben wird, Gäste am Abend im Hotel zu halten, geschweige Gäste im Stile eines Resorts den ganzen Tag an sich zu binden. Das Hotel kann es sicher schaffen, aber bis dahin läuft noch viel Wasser durch die alte Mühle (das Hotelgebäude). Auch von 4 Sternen zu reden würde mir derzeit schwer fallen.

Un buon soggiorno a Certaldo
Pros:

Camere pulite e curate, così come le parti comuni. Posizione comoda per visitare le località della zona (30min da San Gimignano).

Cons:

Premessa, il soggiorno è andato bene ma non da 5 stelle come l’hotel risulta essere. Al check-in (orario di punta, 17) c’era una sola persona dello staff, questo ha richiesto almeno 20minuti. Nessuna bottiglia d’acqua di accoglienza in stanza. La colazione è buona, ma normale e semplice: ci saremmo aspettati qualcosa di più ricco o su richiesta. Lo staff alla colazione è ridotto e questo porta una lentezza e lunghi tempi di attesa per le bevande calde. Segnaliamo che la piscina è molto piccola, non come sembra dalle foto.
