Maintenance was nice 🤷🏽♀️
It was Icky , it had roaches and the owner was okey with that . Didn’t compensate us on the inconvenience either just gave us another room after making us pay an extra 40 to check in 3.5 hrs early. They advertised breakfast and all of the 4 nights we stayed we didn’t get ANYTHING. The man was rude as well when we came in to check in . We were willing to wait because we didn’t want to pay 40 on top of the 300 some that was just spent on the room . But he didn’t even let us sit in the breakfast area he obviously wasn’t using and was nobody about to wait 3.5 hrs after being up on the bus for 4 hrs just to make it there and still have to wait . My toilet got clogged as well and I had to unclogged it … lol never again .
I liked that my room was clean loved the room
the staff they act like they have no access to supplies like trash bags and things dont like that I refuse housekeeping service and room did have a smell when I walking in but I fixed that with febreeze
Smoke detector was missing from the ceiling Bathroom floor wasn't really very clean.

The manager took $50 out my account without my knowledge then he told me to get out of his hotel. Call me a bastard told me I couldn't stay all. I asked him was gonna use the washroom. He said washroom broken you can come early and go use the washroom so I gave him my car. He charge it and then he told me get out of here. I don't want you staying here I will never stay at a super hotel again in my life.
The location was good. Our visit to St. Louis was very pretty. We enjoyed it. We attended the World’s robotic conference at the convention center. That was very nice.
There was no breakfast our TV did not work. We could not connect to Wi-Fi and we had no complementary soap or shampoo in our bathroom. I asked for some at the front desk and they told me they couldn’t find any for us. It’s advertised on the webpage that you have complementary breakfast and not once they didn’t even offer coffee. Our blankets on our bed were full of cigarette burn holes not a very nice atmosphere to walk into. also, the ice machine the gal says oh you just gotta give it time but the sign on it said it was shut off. We stayed there three nights and not once were we able to get any ice? I don’t understand that at all some things need to be changed before we will be back to stay there and yet they had no problem taking our money and a $50 deposit they were supposed to be added to the price online that’s how I paid for it but they took another $50 deposit when I got there so I’m sure I won’t get all that back. I probably won’t get any of it back cause that’s the way the place like that operate I’ve never been charged a deposit to stay in a motel before.
I saw a few dead roaches in the room. The cover had burn holes all on it.
The vending machine does not work. It took my money. The worker couldn't refund me. The room was gross and dirty. The ENTIRE hotel smelled like smoke including the room I paid extra for to be nonsmoking. There was so much hair all over the whole floor the sheets and pillow cases were stained. There was No breakfast like claimed there wasn't even coffee or water or anything whatsoever. Not even any seating at all. It was loud, smelled horrible and very dirty.
