Pros:

Breakfast is always hot and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great for walking to Jay Street, amble parking.

It was mostly enjoyable.
Pros:

The room was fine and the breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

The room was very cold. Eventually, I was able to warm it up.

Excellent Hotel to stay at, staff is superb, when visiting again I will definitely stay here....
Pros:

Great Hotel, actually better than I had expected. I would definitely go back to this Hotel for future visits. The staff are great, the hotel is great value for the money I would say. I mean it would be nice if it was a bit cheaper on price per night, however, the staff and location for the purpose of our trip made it worthwhile. In particular, the Morning Breakfast is a great feature, I loved it, nicely laid out, clean, and the Lady working on the weekend was absolutely amazing, she was wonderful. I never got her name, but she was super friendly and treated everyone top notch!

The staff was great, it was clean.

Cons:

The price was quite high considering the atmosphere outside of the hotel. The parking lot was full of beggars and drug addicts. I was on edge the whole time worrying about my work vehicle being broke into.

I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Pros:

The workers were super friendly and the breakfast options and food was great.

Cons:

I wish they’d be sure no alarms were set on the clock. I thought I saw no alarms on, but it went off at 6 am. :(
