Bella struttura, camere da ristrutturare. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono
Pros:

La villa non era male, ottima location per eventi, immersa nel verde, e con una bella vista. La colazione era buona, il buffet era mediamente ben fornito, peccato per l'assenza delle uova strapazzate e della pancetta, elemento fondamentale nelle colazioni a buffet!

Cons:

Le camere vanno ristrutturate/modernizzate. Il letto era un po' datato, come tutto il bagno ed i mobili. Un gran peccato perché la struttura era ottima, tolta questa importante pecca.

Esterno della struttura bellissimo e curato e locale reception ci ha dato una buona impressione. Buona la colazione, accogliente e disponibile il personale alla reception.

Cons:

Le camere mostrano l'usura del tempo, poca cura nella manutenzione.

Un grio tra le torri e chiese di Ascoli Piceno
Pros:

La camera era enorme pulita , il letto era molto confortevole. Colazione buna le torte buonissime quella con le fragole mi è piaciuta tantissimo.

Cons:

Lincivitá di certa gente che abbandona i cani in camera per farsi i cavoli loro. ( disturbando il riposo altrui)

Tranquillità e relax, posizione strategica per raggiungere vari luoghi di interesse.
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Posizione strategica a pochi chilometri da Ascoli e da altri borghi molto belli. Struttura un po' datata ma confortevole. Letti comodi, bagno grande con doccia ampia. Personale gentilissimo, in particolare la Signora che si occupava della colazione che ha fatto di tutto per accontentarci ulteriormente nonostante il buffet fosse egregiamente fornito. Parcheggio privato. Per un prossimo viaggio riprenoteremo sicuramente.

La posizione e la cortesia e disponibilità del personale

Cons:

Purtroppo è un po' datato l'arredamento delle camere ci vorrebbe una rinfrescata nel mobilio e andrebbe fatta la manutenzione di alcuni bagni ,il nostro aveva un rubinetto rotto..ma va bene anche così.

Bella villa, ma molto da migliorare
Pros:

Struttura dall'aspetto classico con un bel giardino in un quartiere fuori città e tranquillo.

Cons:

La struttura presenta diverse parti che avrebbero bisogno di un profondo rinnovo e restauro, nonché la pulizia carente delle stanze (polvere ovunque, e per terra c'era il parquet quindi si vede tutta!). La villa viene usata come eventi, quindi matrimoni con conseguenti schiamazzi da festa e posti auto esauriti. Essendo fuori città, ovviamente serve l'auto per raggiungere Ascoli in 10 minuti. Colazione scarsa e di media qualità.
