Pros:

Cooked breakfast was good. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Would have liked more choice for continental breakfast. There was no air conditioning. The area by the toilets was very smelly. Shower in our room was almost hanging off the wall.

Exceptional service, great food every time.
Pros:

The restaurant manager Gorbachan, what can I say. Absolutely fantastic service from him. He is so pleasant and personable. He really gives 100% every time. Nothing is too much trouble. He makes us go back time and time again. The food is always great but maybe offer different veg somethings. The best chicken Maryland Barr non. Pineapple fritters to die for. Well done everyone.

Breakfast was lovely although the restaurant felt a bit hot and stuffy Staff were super .

We arrived on Weds evening 22 July for my brother's funeral the next day We had travelled from Manchester and it ha been a long day so we were tired We went to the Bar and Grill area for a drink and a chill before ordering food Staff were lovely and asked did we need anything There was a gentleman man Maybe head waiter who was a bit persistent and we politely said we would indicate when we were ready to order food All was well though food a little bland Thank you to the wonderful bar staff who seemed to be able to do 100 things at once as it was very very busy .
