Abbiamo avuto un disguido. Alla conferma mi è stato ripetuto e scritto in messaggio che c'era la navetta anche di notte a costo maggiorato. Abbiamo chiamato a 1:15 del mattino a volo atterrato e pare che questo servizio non è più disponibile.tuttavia a seguito di lamentela , ci hanno comunque mandato l navetta risolvendo il disguido.

Excellent rapport qualité prix - navette 5 euros par personne très bien organisée : il suffit de contacter l’hôtel qui vous envoie la navette à l’aéroport pour vous emmener à l’hôtel.. chambre vaste et tres propre .. petit déjeuner copieux

Perfeito para uma noite ! òtimo transfer e café da manhã.
Pros:

Excelente localização, muito próximo ao aerporto de Malpensa, transfer muito bom (necessário avisar o hotel quando chegar no aeroporto, mas assim que avisei a van chegou em menos de 10 minutos). Excelente café da manhã.

the man at the reception was very kind

Cons:

the hotel overall was very old, room was very cold and we couldn't adjust it. Too expensive for what it offers. we used the breakfast bar for croissant which was not as expected, it looked very old, we could not eat it. unlike in every other place in Italy where croissants are the best. And it was not included in the price of the room.
I wouldn't choose this hotel again
