Great location and clean.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good quality and covered everything. The location is good and close to Malpensa airport. Best of all was the free shuttle to the airport and trains that we used several times.I recommend this hotel.

Cons:

My only small complaint was the restaurant night time meal was average. Not bad at all, but there could be more choices.

Pros:

La posizione, sicuramente comoda per chi ha bisogno di prendere l’aereo specialmente al mattino presto, e la comodità di poter lasciare l’auto durante il periodo di tempo della vacanza

Cons:

Eh direi parecchie cose non sono state di gradimento, a parte la gentilezza e professionalità dello staff, in cui per i motivi che ho presentato alla reception, mi hanno agevolato sul parcheggio dell’auto. Per cui personale promosso e strutturato no.

Good location, all that I needed for a one night stay
Pros:

Proximity to airport was good. Room was spacious and clean

Cons:

I wasn’t aware that they had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I paid 30 euros for a taxi so I was disappointed.
Woman at front desk did not acknowledge me on arrival and rudely continued to talk on the telephone. I was not served until her colleague showed up.
There were no gluten free options on the dinner menu.
