Cons:

● Outdated, cold and unsatisfactory accommodations despite booking one of the hotel’s more expensive suites.
● Disruptive construction-related noise throughout the evening and night.
● Failure to provide the advertised complimentary shuttle service every 30 minutes.
● A driver who left despite being informed that we were on our way downstairs.
● Refusal by multiple drivers to accommodate us on subsequent shuttle departures.
● Contradictory explanations regarding the availability of drivers.
● Disrespectful and inappropriate conduct by front desk employees, especially Aurora.
● Staff discussing guests in Italian under the assumption that we would not understand.
● Refusal to escalate the matter to management or make reasonable arrangements.
● Additional taxi expenses, unnecessary stress and an extremely disappointing end to our stay.
I want to be very clear: this was a complete failure of customer service to provide free shuttle service, lack of professionalism and accountability, compounded by accommodations that did not meet our expectations.

Pros:

I chose this hotel because of its location and the fact that airport transfers were included in the price; in these respects, it was excellent. Another plus was the gym, although the floor was very slippery, which made exercising difficult. The staff were beyond reproach. As for the room, it did not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. The shower only had an overhead rainfall showerhead—there was no handheld shower attachment, which was quite disappointing. Furthermore, while the room photos showed a bathtub, the actual room only had the aforementioned shower. There was also a tiny kettle that couldn't be removed from its base, which was quite inconvenient.

Pros:

Βολική επιλογή για διαμονή κοντά στο αεροδρομιο (περίπου 4 χλμ με κόστος ταξί στα 15-20€). Βέβαια το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει δωρεάν shuttle bus και για τα δύο τερμιναλ. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Πολυ ευρυχωρο δωμάτιο με άνετα κρεβάτια και μαξιλάρια.

Overall, the location, staff and parking facilities were good.
Pros:

Check in Staff were very genuine, friendly and helpful. Underground car park was very beneficial.

Cons:

The standard and quality of food for the breakfast was really substandard. Some of food was inedible (e.g. sausages) and I feel that being charged EUR 15 per person (family of x3 = EUR 45) added insult to the injury.

Okay for an overnight
Pros:

The hotel is close to the Airport however, it will take you approximately 2 hours to get public transport to the city. Room was clean

Cons:

No English speaking channels on the TV, no access to change the language as it’s blocked, no way to stream to the tv or pay per view options. There were no robes in our room, bathroom door didn’t close, room was quiet dates with wallpaper peeling away from the walls. The AC in our room was not working so zero airflow. No access to any restaurants or cafes except for the hotel’s restaurant.

Comfortable stay and nice staff !

Good location and good staff !

Cons:

Our flight got delayed from London and we landed at 1230 in the night and there was no shuttle service at that time. Nothing in control of the staff but if we can have shuttle service even on hourly basis during late night/ early morning that would be helpful.
