Hilton garden inn bad news

Cons:

Roaches in my room. Not a Roach many Roaches told the front desk asked for another room. Was told mr.crews this is Florida there is going to be Roaches Was sent an email asking if they could spray bug killer in my room before I answered they sprayed my room so now we get breath bug spray fumes and put up with Roaches also no exhaust fan in the bathroom ,icebox didn't work. This is totally unacceptable. I WILL NOT BE STAYING AT ANOTHER HILTON GARDEN INN. THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD COULD NOT SLEEP BECAUSE OF BUGS MY WIFE HAS BREATHING PROPLEMS AND HAD TO BREATH FUMES FROM INSECTSIDE. MAYBE I SHOULD CALL MY ATTORNEY NOT SURE.

Overall, our stay was pleasant.
Pros:

We did not have the breakfast as it was not included in my booking. We did enjoy the complimentary coffee and fruit, thank you! The bed was very comfortable.
The staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Cons:

The coffee maker in our room did not work, so we had to go downstairs for our morning coffee and bring it back to our room. I also did not appreciate the tag on the two bottles of water saying "complimentary", but then in the small print it is only for Silver-rated members, not the every day guest. We did have an unidentified bug crawling on the ceiling that we had to eliminate, but other than that, the room was very clean.

Overall the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

Very clean and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Hallways smelled like wet dog and fans were blowing. It was hot in the hallway. Air conditioning unit in the room was very loud.

Pros:

We stay here alot. Love how clean the hotel always is. Staff is always friendly.

Cons:

Trash can in pool area was overflowing for couple of days. Pool wasnt cleaned out, lots of bugs in it. Our black out binds wouldn't open. The comtrol on the wall wasnt working. Had hard time communicating with housekeeping. Speak no English!
