Ein sehr gutes Hotel. Der Preis für die gebotene Leistung ist schon im Oberen Bereich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es blieben keine Wünsche übrig. Die Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum ist wunderbar.
Im Eingangsbereich funktonierte nur eine Rolltreppe, man konnte nur nach oben fahren. Der Aufzug im Eingangsbereich funktionierte an einem Tag ebenfalls nicht.
Die Lage ist traumhaft schön.
Das Zimmer ist etwas abgewohnt jedoch sauber!.

€364 per night for construction noise, poor cleanliness and misleading information!
Extremely disappointing experience. For €364 per night, I expected comfort and peace, not construction noise starting at exactly 8:00 AM and continuing throughout the day, making it impossible to rest or concentrate.
I could have overlooked the poor cleaning, black hairs left on the sofa, and damaged bathroom doors with missing parts of the finishing. But being woken up by drilling and construction noise at 8:00 AM is simply unacceptable.
What makes this worse is that the hotel failed to warn guests about the ongoing construction before booking. Whether the work is taking place in a neighbouring building is irrelevant. Guests deserve to know what they are paying for.
Even more disappointing was management’s response, which attempted to justify the situation rather than take responsibility. I consider this lack of transparency seriously misleading.
I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. I also urge Booking.com to investigate why such important information is not disclosed to customers before they make a reservation.
Loved the pools and balcony with the view was lovely
The service on reception was veryyyy slow one person on the desk if even, at a time. The bar staff were lovely
Room was excellent. We had marina view which we chose as you get the afternoon and evening sun. Comfortable bed. Amazing location.
At breakfast yoghurt ran out. So none for 2 out of 3 days. How can you run out of yogurt!!! Awful.
The breakfast buffet was chaotic as no thought to the layout. No bowls or plates near cereal and pastries. No butter near croissants. Queue for coffee machine blocked part of buffet. Had to push in just to get a bowl or plate!
Pool areas were packed and no sun after 2pm.

Room was great, fantastic staff who work so hard to make it special. Location is perfect, right in the heart of everything and so close to the beach.
Not within their control but the pool doesn't get much sunshine except in the morning (this was an autumn stay), just be aware in case you were looking for full sun all-day at the pool.
