The rooms were lovely dog friendly. Gave the dogs beds treats a ball to play with and bowls for water and food.
On the second night they had a function for guests that had invited, we were told everything was closed for people staying there from 6 yo 9 pm. A bit disappointed as we had to find some where else to have a drink.
The beds was honestly something else!😍 an absolute dream. We had sea view, so glad we paid the extra for it, so worth it
If I was being really really fussy the mirrors and things needed a bit of a wipe but honestly it was lovely
Lovely view of marina …
It was slightly too far away from the centre to walk (for us anyway) but lovely location.
Staff were friendly and nice roof top terrace
Wet Towels left in room and not taken away by housekeeping, bathroom smelt of urine, housekeeping just left an empty toilet roll in bathroom. Glad I didn’t pay for breakfast as a croissant I did pay for was stale and hard!
Super disappointing. This is the second Malmaison hotel that I’ve not been impressed with.
Location was perfect and plenty to do
N.a
Very clean . Nice view
All was nice
Great place, amazing staff, comfortable room
Location was not great. 2 miles away from the main area but priced as if was in middle of town. Area very run down
The view of the Marina is nice.
The carpet seemed a little bit old. Some areas just seemed very worn. The bathrooms had small areas that were just not very clean. The first room I stayed in the shower wouldn’t drain properly so I had to move rooms. The shakshukaia no longer on the menu which was disappointing because I liked the breakfast there last time.
Nice location, great breakfast, friendly staff
Nothing, it was great
Absolutely everything, all the staff were very friendly . Our room was spacious and very clean , I really liked the design too . We will definitely be go g back .
I’ve liked everything
Small room, clean. Charged me £25 extra for the dog and didn’t provide anything for the dog not even a bowl of water
Small room, nothing in the fridge , nothing in the bath
Staff were very helpful on arrival.
The room was tidy but not spotless.
Unfortunately the hotel was short staffed so I was unable to eat at the Hotel. I appreciate this was after 9 however, I would have thought a 4* hotel could have offered something like a bag of crisps/ nuts or even the tub of ice cream that was on the menu.
We stayed here to meet up with friends who had sailed to Brighton and were staying in the marina. We were able to check-in early for no extra charge and parking was free in the multi-storey.
Our room was clean and comfortable and staff polite and friendly. We appreciated the fresh water kept in the fridge in our room and the fact that we could request fresh milk. Toiletries were plentiful and towels were generous. Our bed was extremely comfortable!
This was such a convenient base to explore Brighton, in our case to visit the Fringe, buses stopped close to the hotel every 10 minutes and cost £6 for a return.
There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. Breakfasts were charged at £23 per person which seemed expensive and wasn't justified for our light requirements. We opted for a small breakfast with unlimited coffee at the nearby Weatherspoons.
