Dirty sheets, noisy, bright rooms, unfriendly reception staff
Clean good air con
Nice outdoor terrace
Excellent Japanese breakfast
Miles from Brighton - long walk
Parking and access to hotel a bit unclear
The view was amazing, the bed was very comfy, the staff were great, the bathroom was amazing.
The drinks were very expensive (£32 for 2 gins!!) so we felt we could only go out for a drink really. I also found it strange you couldn’t smoke on your own balcony and you couldn’t go out there after 10/11 at night and not when it’s windy or poor weather - and I thought that’s why I was paying more for a room with a balcony - so I could use it but there were a lot of restrictions.
Breakfast , friendly staff, good location.
Best room in hotel booked, tatty ,stained furniture and floor, no information regarding the hotel such as ,where to get breakfast.
Location, view of Marina and free parking...bed comfy and shower giod and room a good size. Reception kady good and bar waiter goid (tall young guy)
Cleanliness of room waa poor.....previous occupant food crumbs on floor, bar service very slow (barman poor and waitress), room felt dated and un need of a refresh
Lovely room, hotel and staff with a great view over the marina. Comfortable with some considerate touches.
Very, very expensive. Due to the shortage of accomodation I had few options. I've stayed in hotels similar to this in other countries for a sixth of the price. A bit far out but that's my fault, I should've checked. Room is small but nicely decorated.
Staff were brilliant and friendly, location was perfect for what I needed and the added bonus of parking included
Staff very nice. Room clean . Well fitted out with tea coffee tv etc.
Miles from Brighton. We had a cliff view rather than sea view (probably costs more)
Location and free parking. Friendly and helpful staff.
Friendly welcome. Staff helpful. Air conditioning was effective and quiet. Easy to get the bus into town. A variety of restaurants and a spoons nearby
Generally quiet. Sound proofing on walls needs consideration.
