I had asked for an extra bed, but didn't get it.

Living like royalty for a great value stay.
Pros:

We loved everything about our stay at The Kingsbury. The staff were amazing and so attentive. The international buffet breakfasts were flawless. We stayed 5 days and tried different breakfast options on each day. Truly we felt like royalty. It was amazing value for what we received. We have rebooked Kingsbury for when we return from touring, prior to heading home later this month.

Cons:

We were in a pool view room, and one night the DJ music was so loud, and 11.00pm. But when I called reception about it, they promptly switched it off. So all good.

C’est la quatrième fois que je viens au Kingsbury car c’est un hôtel parfait pour moi.

Cons:

Malheureusement cette fois, je n’ai pas été bien accueilli. Nous avons eu une chambre au 9 étage mais coté piscine et très bruyant. Et nous avons pas eu la petite assiette de mignardises comme les fois précédentes.
Au restaurant, il a fallu que je demande la réduction car elle n’avait pas été appliquée. Enfin sur le terminal demande paiement le montant indiqué était dix fois supérieur au prix du dîner. Heureusement que nous nous en sommes aperçu avant demande payer.
Il n’y a eu aucune excuse du restaurant.
