Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Hotel-Team für den ausgezeichneten Service.

Das Essen und die Getränke waren hervorragend. Ein besonderes Lob an die Köche und das Personal beim Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet. Die große Auswahl an internationalen Speisen aus verschiedenen Kulturen der Welt war wirklich beeindruckend. 🌍🍽️❤️

Auch das Personal an der Rezeption und am Hoteleingang war stets sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. 👌😁❤️

Das Housekeeping-Team hat ebenfalls hervorragende Arbeit geleistet und für ein sehr sauberes und angenehmes Zimmer gesorgt. 🥰

Zum Schluss ein besonderer Dank an den F&B Manager aus Jaffna. Im Restaurant war er der Einzige, mit dem wir auf Tamil kommunizieren konnten, was für uns sehr hilfreich und angenehm war. 👌👍🏻😁❤️🎊🎉

I like the place and everything.. it was wonderful stay.

Pros:

The location is perfect close to the waterfront and walking distance to most attractions in Colombo. The staff at the pool bar and the Buffett dining area are friendly and make you feel very welcome and special. The beds and pillows in our room were super comfy. The selection of foods at the Buffett breakfast and dinner were amazing and tasted great especially for vegetarians like us.

Cons:

Our room overlooked the pool area, and we had 3 interrupted nights of sleep due to the heavy loud music coming from the Honey Pool Bar, in the end we had to make a complaint at the front desk, which in itself was poorly acknowledged. We had to be up at 3.30 am to catch our train and the music was playing until about midnight, so you can imagine we didn't have much sleep. We are staying again in a couple of weeks and have requested a room facing the street away from the pool.
