Pros:

Grand hotel avec plusieurs batiments et des jardins interieurs, situé pres du parc de Pan men. Petit déjeuner fabuleux avec de la cuisine chinoise et occidentale. Confortable et expérience agréable malgré la taille de l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas testé les restaurants de l'hotel, qui étaient bien notés.

Cons:

La taille de l'hôtel et les différents bâtiments font qu'on a du mal à se repérer au début. L'odeur de cigarette qui venait dans notre chambre car certains clients fument malgré l'interdiction.

Pros:

Классный большой отель со своим садом и удобное соседство с парком, аутентичный дизайн, хорошие чистые номера (у нас был с балконом на прекрасный внутренний дворик с прудом и рыбками😍
Персонал на день рождения поздравили тортиком в номере)
Отличное соотношение цена-качество.
Остались только приятные впечатления.
С удовольствием вернемся ещё раз, если будем в Сучжоу!

Cons:

Разве что из-за большой площади отеля поначалу немного путались и не так быстро попасть в номер. Плюс не успели насладиться всеми удобствами отеля за дни пребывания. Если это можно считать минусами😅

設備感覺很高大上，服務員也很親切，很禮貌，都笑臉迎人，但是好像遇到事情要處理的時候，只會先推托，除非客戶暴怒。
Pros:

設備不錯，早餐好吃，在盤門景區旁邊可以免費去逛。浴缸很大可以躺著。早餐的品相很多元，然後中式的炒的菜非常好吃，還有現煮的麵也很好吃，早上還有煎餅果子也非常的好吃。

Cons:

飯店說是禁菸的，但連續換了兩間房都有菸味，其中一間還用很重的香味想要蓋過菸味，但是反而更臭。後來換到一間5樓的挑高房，結果冷氣不冷，一直用到晚上11點多還是很熱，打電話跟前台的人說他們說不能換房間，說今天的房間全部都沒有了，後來我很生氣地跟他說那今天房費要不要算，他們就突然有房間了。
然後我在check in之前，有一個房客大姐跟櫃檯說他的房間要有貴妃椅，但是他的房型是沒有貴妃椅的房型，前台人員就跟他說所有剩下的房間都沒有貴妃椅了，說可以送他一個小禮物，然後那個大姐就很生氣，我一開始想說他不知道在氣什麼？
後來我check in之後，我爸爸媽媽跟我哥哥的房間都有貴妃椅，所以明明就是還有其他房間有貴妃椅，但是前台人員就是想要話術她。然後飯店原本說可以有免費的漢服體驗，結果呢是真的有漢服體驗，但是一間房間只能一個人體驗，所以不管你房間是住兩個人三個人四個人，一間房間只有一個人可以免費體驗一個小時的漢服。

Pros:

Room are very good sized and value for money albiet slightly dated. There is a kitchnette. Lovely room service from chinese restaurant delivered with robot. Attached to the Panmen gardens with is stunning and free entry.

Cons:

Our check in was delayed because they couldn't find our booking. Had to wait for a long time before entering room which was difficult with young children.

Pros:

The best hotel I’ve experienced in my life
Pros:

It was absolutely amazing! The huge ancient gardens made me feel like a tang dynasty princess strolling on palace grounds. Architecture was amazing! I also liked the focus on history and accuracy. Information boards and frames everywhere.

Great value in a fun city.
Pros:

Grand, palatial property just inside the "square" of Suzhou. Had a room in the Pagoda Wing. Comfortable room, great shower. Abuts a lovely garden, hotel guests have privileged access. Great value for money.

Cons:

F&B opening times not very guest-friendly. Nothing that's open all day. No bar! These weren't stay-killers but just made the place feel a bit odd. Main pool was closed - this was not announced at the time of booking nor even when we checked in.
