四人房有2套衛浴設備，而且有門可以隔開，很棒。

Cons:

有洗衣設備很好，但是使用說明不是很清楚，最後大排長龍洗衣服，有的人操作錯誤洗的太久，佔太多時間。

Pros:

Struttura stupenda accanto ad un parco meraviglioso. Camere ampie e pulite. Ottimo staff e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Colazione a buffet abbondante e varia.

Cons:

Tutti i servizi dell'hotel, compresi ristoranti e ba,r chiudono alle 21.00. Non c'è possibilità di bere un drink o mangiare uno snack dopo quell'ora. Peccato perché il giardino è meraviglioso e sarebbe stato bello bere qualcosa là dopo cena.

Un lieu féerique d une qualité exceptionnelle de très belles chambres avec accès privé au Panmen parc pour les clients , un petit déjeuner digne d un roi et un personnel au petits soins , que du bonheur !

Cons:

Ne pas y être resté plus longtemps (1 nuit) et hélas son éloignement des principales attractions de cette magnifique ville de Suzhou (le métro s arrête vers 22h30)

Beautiful hotel stay in a quaint historic city.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel unlike any other international brands. Unique architecture, low rise and spread out over large land area. Being the first international hotel established in Suzhou, it held much history with photographs and displayed lots of memorable pictures along the corridors.
Buffet breakfast spread was extensive and good seating set ups with large glass window view to the garden.
Check in counter staff spoke excellent English.
Very good value for a 5 star hotel.

Cons:

My room was located very far from the lobby and breakfast area. Right at the far end, long walk. Not so convenient for senior citizens .
our van was not allowed to drive up to the lobby area to drop off or collect our luggages.
