Rooms I stayed in requires urgent update.
Bathroom shower did not work
No a/c in room
No breakfast until 12pm

Dirty and smelly

The room was extremely dirty. The floor, bed, toilet, and sink were all unclean. The drawers were broken, the lamps were damaged, and there were screws visibly hanging out of the wall. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable. There was no kettle, but the tea bags and two cups was provided!.

The condition of the room was so poor that we could not stay the night and decided to leave.

Another major disappointment was that the property was not as advertised on Booking.com. The photos mainly show a grand entrance, an attractive large building, and extensive grounds, creating the impression that this is where guests will be staying. In reality, our accommodation was in a small building at the far back of the property, which felt more like a clinic than a hotel. The difference between the advertised images and the actual accommodation was very misleading

Absolutely everything was awful. Was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Totally misleading not signposted at all. Absolutely catfishing you with every single photo on here. It’s rotten. From the offset was a DISASTER! Disgusting initial room everything broken and absolutely gross. Human liquids all over the walls, holes everywhere, disgusting hygiene, there were ladybirds on the windowsill that had been there that long they weren’t even red anymore.
Moved to another room as they insisted they would “upgrade us” - just as bad , can’t even describe how awful. Light hanging off the ceiling in the bathroom, broken window lock so can’t open the door in the worlds HOTTEST room. Screws hanging out the door handles, Trip hazards everywhere. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

32 degrees outside and the central heating was on full blast inside. Fire regulations not being adhered to. Dilapidated throughout. Ballroom in use during my stay so screaming children outside my window gone midnight. No mention of this when I booked.

Everything. Once shown the room, we left and booked somewhere else. Hideous.

No breakfast options, no bar, no hot water on the morning we checked out, no one to complain to at the desk. Shower heads were broken, nails sticking out of walls, cobwebs and dead spiders on walls.
