Close to the beach, comfortable, good room service.
Pros:

Breakfast: I liked the different varieties offered each day. Room: very comfortable, clean, and well-laid-out. Connectivity: plenty of power outlets in the room and throughout the hotel. Internet: good network access and good speed. Beach access: The hotel is located half a block from the beach. There is no need to drive, unless you are carrying a lot of gear (tents, heavy chairs, coolers, food, drinks, etc.). In such cases, it is advisable to use a beach cart, as they are lightweight and have a good load capacity.

Cons:

Television: in our case, it wasn't facing the bed but positioned to the side, making it uncomfortable to watch. Shower: low water pressure. Parking: should be free.

Pros:

It was very clean and nice inside. The breakfast buffet was so nice as well.

Cons:

Booking.com charged me a $40 service charge and and then we got to the hotel, they charged us another $20. I wasn’t expecting that at all.

Served its purpose but next time would stay closer to the cruise port.
Pros:

Location to the beach and the staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was just ok, not a great variety as it is the same every day. Rooms were comfortable but not overly clean. I found rubbish under my bed. Didn’t appreciate being charged for parking when I didn’t even have a car.

I want a refund!!!
Pros:

When I’m cruising I like to stay here because it’s close to the ship and Walmart for last minute stuff.

Cons:

The staff don’t ask you if sleeping on a floor will a dog is my preference. I could NOT sleep because the dog barked all night and they didn’t have a room to change me to. Which caused me to be extremely exhausted the next day to go on my cruise. Management has my complaint and still have not refunded me half of my money back. They refunded my parking fee back. My car wasn’t the problem. Me not sleeping because of a dog was the issue so someone needs to refund my card back my money asap. Unprofessional service I called and I’m still waiting. Lady in front desk gave me the wrong email address as well.
