Staff on reception need to ensure that room is available for 15:00hrs as advertised for checkin.

Cons:

Arrived at 14:45hrs and informed room would be ready at 15:00hrs. Asked for a drink at the bar and informed all staff in a meeting so no staff available to serve. Came back at 15:20hrs room still not ready.
