Klimaanlage leider ohne gute funktion. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Keine info vorab bekommen.

Leider habe ich es erst bei auschecken durch ihren personal beim
Gespräch mit einem anderen eincheckenden kunden gehört das ihr probleme habt mit der Klimaanlage.

If the AC would have been working, it would be good value for money. But with this, not worth it.
Pros:

Proximity to the airport. Check in staff was nice. F&B staff nice but not very proactive. Also room service was only picking up the phone after two calls.
Room service food was good, I was surprised by the quality of the burger

Cons:

AC was a disaster, the room did not cool down and I could not sleep well because of the heat. I booked the hotel to avoid an early morning drive and get relaxed to my flight. That was really frustrating.
Wake up call did not work, I guess it’s automated and the time setup on the phone was wrong. So I guess that was the issue.
