Extended work trip
Pros:

The beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are quite with the exception of the doors closing every once in a while. The rooms also are nice and dark so I can get a good night's rest. The breakfast is tasty has many options and there is ample room for everyone to sit, so it's comfortable. The people at the front desk are always willing to help.

Cons:

Or room was serviced twice during our stay and the first time they did not leave a trash bag in the trash receptacle or make our bed, they just left fresh towels. The second service was great; we received fresh towels and they had made the bed and taken the trash.

The pool had towels, but they were extremely tiny, so I had to use more than one to cover the chaise lounge chair, so I did not burn myself. They need to have more towels available in the pool area and larger towels as well.

Roadside Motel Room
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This property felt more like a rundown roadside motel than a Hilton-branded hotel.
We were moved multiple times and repeatedly placed in rooms that were in unacceptable condition. The carpet in one room had large red stains near the bed that appeared to be either blood stains or evidence of an attempted cleanup. Regardless of what caused them, it was disturbing and unsanitary. The tubs were stained and dirty, the pillows had a strong musty odor, and both the curtains and valances were visibly stained.
The smell throughout the rooms was one of the worst parts of the experience. The carpet carried a strong, pungent smoke odor that made the rooms feel dirty and neglected. Even after changing rooms, the problem persisted. The iron in our room leaked water, adding yet another maintenance issue to an already disappointing stay.
What was most frustrating was the overall feeling of neglect. Nothing about the rooms felt clean, fresh, or properly maintained. The condition of the furnishings, the odors, the stains, and the lack of attention to basic housekeeping standards made the stay uncomfortable from beginning to end.
I have stayed at many Hilton properties and expect a certain level of cleanliness and quality. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far below those standards. This was not the experience I expect from a Hampton Inn, and I would not recommend this property based on the condition of the rooms we were given.

Went to checkout and the person behind the desk was more interested in continuing his coversation on his phone than checking me out of the room.

Cons:

I didn’t like the double key room booking though. Our first night there around 10-11pm while we were sleeping someone scan their key room card and tried to enter. But, good thing we had the lock on the door and my dog woke us up before they tried to enter. We understand it was an accident because the woman apologized. But there was no communication from the staff to us or anything. We always stay there when we visit. Hopefully they fix this issue in the future because it can be dangerous entering someone else room.

The room is dated, worn out and tired like Grandma home in need of urgent redecoration and uplifting. Breakfast area is not spared of the same condition and breakfast itself is definitely wanting and worst in my opinion and experience. The actual breakfast food is poor, limited with very variety options available. Cutleries are plastics, Plates and Bowl are paper plates and bowl. Plastic cups and paper cups. This find hard to understand and take on. The whole thing is extraordinary poor and value when compared charges for the rooms8
