Disappointing
Cons:

The room was ready but we couldn't get in until 2pm unless we paid 50 dollars. So we waited. Then when we got in the room it hadn't been cleaned. Had to move rooms. Then it just fell short. It was so dark, the bedding was stained, no mirror in bedroom, no bin in the bathroom, no wine glasses. A joke really for what we paid to stay there. Don't recommend.

Overall great stay. Friendly staff. Will visit again.
Pros:

Great location, free water bottles and free ice supply. Bike rentals (included) nice outdoor shower. Free usage of beach chairs was a great option. The staff was great.

Cons:

The AC was really loud, the unit is in the bedroom. Made it difficult to fall asleep.

I'm booking my next stay there very shortly.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The location was the best on the island. The rooms were perfect, nice, and very quiet. The pools were well-maintained and nice.

Cons:

Llegué a las temprano al checking comuniqué que ya estaba allí ,eran las 5 pm y el room. No estaba listo ,al final me dieron las llaves aún limpiando las encargadas de la limpieza amables ,no supe nunca de quién fue la culpa de la demora una hora esperando y solo decían que no estaba listo el room 316 ,al hacer el check out me dieron la factura con un descuento de la primera noche ,por los inconvenientes de la espera ,todavía han pasado 3 días y booking.con no me ha podido hacer el descuento que me cobró por que la instalación no se lo ha comunicado en fin ,creo que hay problemas de comunicación también

Awesome location, right next to all the bars and restaurants and the beach 10/10
Pros:

Multiple pools, right next to the ocean, giant TVs in the room! Bikes to rent

Cons:

They had some phone system issues the day before when we were trying to fix our booking but they did apologize and said they were aware and fixed it.

Siesta Keys was nice, but choose a different place to stay!!!

Thought we got a kitchen and two beds, but when we got there, we were given the smallest room available. Fou d out the night before we left, that our neighbors paid for the smallest room they had, but ended up with one with a full kitchen!!!!! Asked to get "free" beach chairs they said we'd get. We were told to go downtown and rent them. Location had two pools when we were told three!!! Sunday, the nice pool was closed to everyone due to a wedding!!!! Like wth!!! Asked for 4 sets of clean towels. Waited 5 hours to get 2!!!!! Who cares that there was 4 of us I guess....🤯🤯🤯
