Cons:

Wir waren 4 Personen. In der Unterkunft gab es aber nur einen Mini-Beistelltisch und nur 2 Stühle um zu Essen. Obwohl wir ein Familienzimmer hatten und 4 Personem waren. Was soll ich mit der großen Küche anfangen wenn ich nirgends Platz habe um das Essen zu mir zu nehmen.
Außerdem gab es nur 1 Löffel und 3 Messer. Das sollte definitiv nochmal überdacht werden in einer Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Auf die „Terasse“ durfte man vermutlich gar nicht, da kein Geländer vorhanden war. Wir haben sie zum trocknen unserer Badekleidung trotzdem genutzt.
Wir haben nach einer anderen Unterkunft gefragt, mit einen Aufpreis von 800 $ haben wir dann doch abgelehnt.

Great stay! Lovely resort property, close to the beach and across from delicious restaurants and shops!
Pros:

We love it here. First time with 2 kids, 7 and 8 and everything is perfect, beautiful, free self laundry 💫🤌, free beach chairs and umbrellas and more. We got a one room and a fold out couch and surprisingly the holdout couch was comfortable for 2 grownups in their 40s. Kids got the bed. Step outside the room and you're a street across from restaurants, a small grocery store, best donut coffee shot and mire. The beach is 2 blocks down the street, short walk. All these bad reviews had me nervous but it seems those reviews expected 5 star hotel when they paid for a 3 star hotel. For us, we just stayed at a 4 star hotel at Disney and expected 4 stars, this hotel resort is not Hilton but a lazy and relaxing bungalow beach resort and we were fully comfortable and happy. Will be coming back !!!!! Totally recommend!

La habitación tenía muebles sucios (sillones con manchas, veladores también), ningún artículo de higiene en el baño a excepción de papel higiénico (ni un jabón pequeño), el toallero lo toqué y se cayó de la pared, la
cocina estaba poco equipada y todo era viejo. Nunca vinieron a limpiar la habitación ni cambiar toallas, no es un resort ni por asomo…

not good. stay away.
Pros:

We've stayed at this resort several times, and it was always stellar. Whatever standards they used to have, they've clearly abandoned them.

We stayed two nights, and the housekeeping failures started immediately. Day one: our room hadn't even been cleaned before we checked in. Day two: we were promised the room would be cleaned by 4pm — it never was. Not once during our entire stay did housekeeping actually do its job.

The rest of the operation wasn't any better. The resort ran out of basic supplies — shampoo, coffee, the things any functioning hotel keeps stocked — and getting replacements took forever. When our toilet blocked, the staff's solution was to hand us a plunger and tell us to deal with it ourselves. At a resort. I wish I were making that up.

The towels and linens were dirty and smelled. And when we raised any of this with staff, we got attitude instead of apologies.

This used to be a place we recommended to friends. Now it's a place we'd warn them about. Until management figures out what happened here, save your money and stay elsewhere.

Cons:

Stanze diffuse, reception impossibile da trovare. La struttura mi ha segnalato l'indirizzo solo a check in effettuato. Mancava la biancheria X I miei figli e ho dovuta richiederla 2 volte. Nell'insieme gestione doZzinale. Un gruppo di ispanici si è piazzato in piscina con musica a tutto volume e cocktail, rendendo inaccessibile l'area agli altri ospiti.

The staff, who were always friendly and courteous throughout our stay. The location close to the beach was also a major highlight and made the experience more enjoyable despite the issues we encountered.

Cons:

I have been staying at Tropical Breeze Resort for many years, but this year’s experience was very disappointing due to the lack of housekeeping and basic in-room services. Throughout our stay, the room was never cleaned, towels were not replenished unless we requested them, and we also encountered broken beach chairs and the absence of beach umbrellas.

The location and short distance to the beach from our room. The room size.

Cons:

Check in was supposed to be at 4:00. We get there at 12:30 and are told we would be in the room long before that. So we go and enjoy the beach for a few hours. At 4:00 we go to office expecting to get into our rooms so we could shower and get something to eat. Our room was not ready and they had no idea when it would be. There were 5 other couples or groups also waiting. Patience was getting thin with us all. We got lie after lie from the staff. We finally get into our room at 7 p.m. Some of the others waiting didnt get into theirs until 9 p.m. They finally did agree to refund the night and offer a later checkout if wanted. Apparently this has been happening for a while with rooms not being ready. Offering a later check out time does nothing but add to the problem for that day. Their excuse was that they were short on housekeeping. If they would have just been honest with everyone we would have been more understanding. We stayed in a one bedroom king suite with a patio. I would like to of had a bigger sink in the bathroom to put toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc, on. The ceiling fans and bathroom vent could use a really good dusting!!!

Bis auf die Laufnähe zum Strand, gibt es leider nicht viel Positives zu berichten.

Cons:

Als erstes konnten wir erst eine knappe Stunde später als angegeben einchecken. Trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen, konnten wir dies nicht beschleunigen. Uns wurde gesagt, dass es aufgrund des Regens etwas länger dauert die Zimmer zu reinigen. Mit der Aussage wurde man dann wartend stehen gelassen. Wir hatten dabei noch Glück. Andere Hotelgäste haben noch länger auf ihr Zimmer gewartet…
Die Anlage ist über mehrere Gebäude in unterschiedlichen Strassen des Ortes verteilt. Das war mir bei Buchung nicht klar. So hatten wir ein Familienzimmer in einem Nebengebäude. Dort musste man dann aber ein ganzes Stück durch die Straßen zum eigentlichen Haupthaus mit Pool laufen. Das Zimmer war nicht ordentlich gereinigt und lieblos dekoriert. Handtücher gab es nur drei, wir waren aber zu viert. Die Terrasse erwies sich als zu gefährlich um diese zu betreten, da ein Geländer fehlte. Sitzmöglichkeiten gab es nur für zwei Personen. Der gesamte Boden war sandig und zur Begrüßung lagen Haarbüschel und Zahnseidesticks vom vorherigen Gast auf dem Boden. Die Strandstühle die man sich netterweise ausleihen durfte waren auch ziemlich verrostet und schmuddelig. Das war unser letztes Hotel unserer Rundreise und sollte eigentlich ein krönender Abschluss seien. Das war es aber absolut nicht. Viel zu überteuert und nicht empfehlenswert!!!!
