فندق عادي ولا يستحق ان يصنف 5 نجوم اطلاقا

فقط قرب الموقع من الاماكن الحيوية - في قلب خليج نعمة

للأسف كانت إقامتي أقل بكثير من المتوقع بالنسبة لفندق مصنف 5 نجوم.

الغرف قديمة جدًا، ومستوى النظافة غير مرضٍ، كما واجهنا مشكلة وجود حشرات داخل الغرفة، واضطررنا إلى تغيير الغرفة أكثر من مرة بسبب هذه المشكلة.

كذلك كان المصعد معطلًا طوال فترة إقامتنا، وهو أمر غير مقبول في فندق بهذا التصنيف، خاصة أن زوجتي حامل في الشهر الخامس، مما سبب لنا معاناة كبيرة عند استخدام السلالم. وكان من المستغرب أن يستمر عطل المصعد لأكثر من أسبوع دون إصلاحه.
أما الطعام فكان مستواه متوسطًا، وكانت الأصناف تتكرر يوميًا مع غياب التنوع والتجديد.
بشكل عام، لا أرى أن مستوى الفندق يتناسب مع تصنيفه أو مع قيمة ما تم دفعه مقابل الاقامة.

Buona esperienza al naama bay hotel e resort

Ottima la posizione sulla via centrale di naama,ha l2 spiagge a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla reception oppure con macchinetta elettrica gratuita,tutto il personale gentile ad aiutarti sperando in una mancia cibo ripetitivo ma buono e vario,struttura non nuova ma pulita e curata

In reception non parlavano un po di italiano ma alla fine ci capivano,non hanno dato nessuna informazione tipo attivita'da fare ,animazione mappa del resort , dovevi chiedere o scoprire da soli noi avevamo la camera al 5 piano il punto piu' lontano dalla reception e dal ristorante principale ma con vari ascensori nessun problema,in compenso sotto la camera c'era il secondo ristorante piu' piccolo e non affollato e viino 2 piscine consegnata la camera mancavano le asciugamani dopo due richieste le abbiamo avute poi sempre tutto ok.poi lo spreco di cibo ds parte degli ospiti.
