Perfect hotel location, very soothing to sit on verandah.
Pros:

The location was very good, close to everything.
The grounds were beautiful.
Having breakfast on outside verandah was relaxing.
Bonus to have a pool.

Cons:

The shower was a bit too small.

Bella struttura ottima per relax e buona paese per visitare la Valle d'itria e le località di mare

Bella struttura molto tranquilla all'interno del parco. Bella la piscina. Ottima la colazione .

EVITARE LE CAMERE MANSARDATE NELL'ALA VECCHIA MA BUON RAPPORTO QUALITA'-PREZZO

Personale gentile e disponibile (nonostante le problematiche hanno gestito tutto con molta professionalita'), posizione a 5 minuti dal centro, assolutamente da evidenziare il servizio ristorante eccellente, parcheggio gratuito , ottimo servizio bar e teli in piscina (piccola e un po' affollata dato il numero rilevante di camere ), late check out su richiestra alle 12.00, spazi verdi e porticati.

Cons:

Camera consegnata alle 18:00 (ci è stato offerto un caffe' nella lunga attesa), pulizia della camera sempre tra le 15:00 e le 17:00, assegnata camera non raggiungibile direttamente con ascensore ma bisognava salire 2 rampe di scale, assegnata una tripla (3 adulti) con un letto matrimoniale ed una "brandina" in cattivissimo stato . Dopo diverse lamentele sull'impossibilità di dormire cosi' ci è stato prima proposto una camera singola con uno sconto sulla tariffa m ada pagare e e poi, al nostro netto rifiuto per un ulteriore esborso ingiustificato, solo il giorno successivo, ci è stato portato un lettino nella stessa camera . La camera assegnata era nell'ala vecchia della struttura ed era mansardata con solo piccole finestre , gli arredi, i serramenti ed il bagno decisamente da rimodernare e non congrui alla categoria dell'hotel. Decisamente da migliorare le tempistiche del servizio di pulizia al piano

W restauracji bardzo dobra kolacja i super kelnerzy.

Cons:

Hotel najlepsze lata ma za sobą. Ogród widział lepsze czasy podobnie jak basen. Klimatyzacja w pokoju bardzo głośna.

Location bellissima ,pulita ,accogliente , si mangia benissimo . Il personale eccezionale un plauso in particolare a Gianluca e Arianna due ragazzi eccezionali . La consiglio a tutti coloro cercano il non plus ultra e soprattutto casa, calore e affetto . Io ci torno ogni anno
