I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
Pros:

It was spacious and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make my stay easy, informative and very comfortable. They even entrusted me with a nice big umbrella for a few days!

Schönes Hotel mit sehr schönem parkähnlichem Garten

Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous en avons l'occasion.
Pros:

Le personnel était très professionnel, qu'il s'agisse des femmes de chambre, des hôtesses à l'accueil ou des serveuses au petit déjeuner. chause fois que nous avons eu à demander une explication, un détail nous avons eu des réponses avec la plus grande gentillesse. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour se rendre à pied dans la vieille ville.

Cons:

Le seul bémol de ce séjour concerne l'espace de la douche. Nous pensons qu'une personne un peu obèse ou bien très grande ne peut pas entrer dans cet espace restreint. La personne obèse ne passera pas la porte, la personne très grande ne pourra pas se laver les pieds, ni en se baissant ni en levant la jambe.

Park hotel san Michele è certamente una garanzia, qualità prezzo impeccabili.

Cons:

L'hotel ha un salone nella quale festeggiamo ogni tipo di festa, il rumore della musica era troppo alto, non si poteva riposare prima delle ore 22.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per due notti e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata al di sotto delle aspettative.

La camera presentava arredi molto datati, con un bagno piccolo e decisamente da rinnovare. Il problema principale è stato il balcone comunicante, completamente aperto e accessibile dalla stanza accanto, senza alcuna reale separazione. La presenza di una pianta o di una tenda non garantisce privacy né sicurezza. È stato un aspetto che ci ha messo a disagio al punto da non sentirci tranquilli nemmeno all’interno della camera.

Anche gli spazi esterni, pur ampi e con un bellissimo parco, risultano poco curati e trasmettono un senso generale di trascuratezza: piscina non accessibile, fontana decorativa vuota e aree che avrebbero bisogno di manutenzione.

La colazione è stata un’altra nota negativa: molta scelta di dolci, ma pochissima varietà di salato e qualità complessiva non soddisfacente, tanto da non usufruirne il secondo giorno.

Nel complesso, la struttura appare ferma nel tempo. Si percepisce che negli anni passati fosse un hotel importante, ma oggi necessita di un’importante ristrutturazione per poter essere considerato un vero 4 stelle. Attualmente, a nostro avviso, non raggiunge nemmeno lo standard di un 3 stelle.

È un peccato, perché il potenziale sarebbe davvero alto.

The hotel restaurant had good food and reasonably priced. Staff attentive.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely small. The shower was tiny, 24"x24" I would say. Very difficult to bathe! No hot breakfast and the same choices every day.
