Overall very good stay and would recommend to family and friends.
Pros:

Gluten free menu was excellent with lots of options.
Evening dinner of pork schnitzel was fabulous.
Staff extremely helpful and friendly with local information.

Cons:

Shower curtain needed replacing as very frayed.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Very comfortable room. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Restaurant excellent and staff very attentive. It is a little way out of Lancaster but UBER easy to use.

Cons:

Rudeness of some guests to staff. This must be stamped out there is not place for it.

Good hotel but lacked any sort of culture and was all a bit too corporate
Pros:

Perfect location for the University. Comfortable room but all a bit soul less.

Cons:

Room was so warm and stuffy. Didn’t sleep particularly well. It all felt very corporate and didn’t really have an atmosphere..

Nice hotel, but cheeky hidden costs that leave bad taste in mouth.
Pros:

Location and staff.

Cons:

Unless you book direct with them, you have to pay an additional £12 per day to park in their own car park (which is effectively in the middle of a field and not a busy city center) and which you find out about when you arrive!. Also, they want to take a £1 amount on your card on the pretext of any future costs incurred. But then, and upon check out) they add a £1 donation to a charity you have never heard of and, if there is a que behind, there is pressure just to accept it than go through whole process of getting it removed. They could equally put £0 through to test any card, but clearly this is a game way of making them look better by their charity raising efforts!

Amazing stay and we’ll be visiting again!
Pros:

Incredible room, great food, wonderful staff and even a little glass of port on check in. They were also doing a deal for parents visiting their child at Lancaster university which meant our daughter could join us for breakfast for free!
