Nothing service was awfutl
I have stayed in this wonderful hotel often.
We had a beautiful big room overlooking the gardens and mountains.
Only disappointment was the Thermal suite .
We were so looking forward to it and had not been made aware that it was under renovation.
We still had our swim and temporary sauna ,but was sad about the rest .😕
Outstanding...absolutely beautiful hotel for a wedding.

The restaurant “Gap” staff. Badly managed during the lunch time. Very slow to take the plates away. Went to take the orders twice.

Nothing everything was amazing
So I loved Powerscourt, I have never been before but will hopefully be back! The spa was lovely, the grounds were lovely to walk around in also. A lovely overnight with my sister.
Saying that, there were a few things I felt needed improvement. So I had lunch and asked could I charge this to my room, they said absolutely, signed for the lunch with my room number left a nice tip etc. Then I got a call to say that I had not paid for my lunch and can I come back down to do so. I was very frustrated by this as not sure why it could not be charged to my room as agreed and signed for.
I then had a massage, which was fabulous. I was asked if I wanted to charge this to my room and I said great that would be convenient. I then got a call a few hours later while at dinner to ask me to pay for my massage. I had missed the call and voicemail so on check out I told reception this was outstanding and fixed up this bill upon check out. I then got another call from staff later that day, I am now home and have paid all bills....asking me to come down and pay for my outstanding massage! I told them that I already paid for this at reception upon check out and the girl was surprised and asked was I gone? She said she had no record of this which was again frustrating as I had to rummage through the bill to ensure it was paid, which it was. I just feel all of this was unnecessary.
It's so common to charge food and treatments to your room, I was asked if I would like to do this and agreed and then had to receive calls on it despite all this. This could definitely have been handled better I feel. Saying that I had a great time.

The best night ever! Celebrated my 30th birthday at the property and they went above and beyond to make it special! Thank you for much, all of us had a blast!
