Excellent
The food offering was not great: dried out vegetable for breakfast, tasteless and hard scrambled egg, coffee with a scum on top. Dinner in the bar downstairs was not great; food gras & toast in particular.
everything was very high quality
having dinner in the bar with lots of noisy children was a bit annoying!
The setting, accommodation and atmosphere were excellent.
The food, in particular at Breakfast and from the Bar downstairs were not good
The coffee was lacking, arriving in some cases with a scum on top. The vegetables, such as cucumber were dry, and the scrambled eggs were hard and tasteless.
Some (not all) of the staff at breakfast did their job, however they did not smile or engage.

Both the breakfast and the location were excellent the garden and the flowers were beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can get back some time soon i would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for the lovely weekend we had

I have stayed in this wonderful hotel often.
We had a beautiful big room overlooking the gardens and mountains.
Only disappointment was the Thermal suite .
We were so looking forward to it and had not been made aware that it was under renovation.
We still had our swim and temporary sauna ,but was sad about the rest .😕
Outstanding...absolutely beautiful hotel for a wedding.

The restaurant “Gap” staff. Badly managed during the lunch time. Very slow to take the plates away. Went to take the orders twice.
