Fantastic
Pros:

Deerfoot rarely disappoints. Staff is incredible. Food and beverage also fantastic.

If I can complain about only one thing, a greater variety of craft beers would be great

Family Trip with small children at Deerfoot Inn Casino
Pros:

The best part was the pool area. My children loved the slide, the hot tub, and the kids pool. However, the kids' pool had a slide that had a crack in the concrete that scratched you when you went down it. I am glad that they closed the small kids' slide for fisxing after I let them know about it. We really enjoyed the food and the service there. The front desk staff were very helpful, inviting and kind. We loved the sitting area in the lobby.The room was clean and spacious. It is a nice place, but somewhat expensive compared to some other hotels.

Great Stay
Pros:

The hotel was great, they totally accommodated the group we were with and made sure we had breakfast every day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and always took the time to chat with us.

Pros:

Hotel messed up booking by overselling rooms. Was offered a $50 gift card from management a month later. Beware!

A great stay at an amazing hotel

Great Hotel
Pros:

We recently stayed at the Deerfoot for a dance competition. The hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was great. Only one of the two elevators was working so it took a bit longer. But overall it was a great experience.

Pros:

The hotel was lively and the kids had so much fun. The room was quiet at night which we appreciated. The pool was great. The sushi restaurant in the casino was amazing.

Cons:

The elevator wasn't working and the hotel was extremely busy. The restaurant only had one server so she seemed very stressed. The service was good, but we felt bad for her as there was no other option for our family to eat.

Overall was very good. Would stay again as long as the price is reasonable.
Pros:

Very convenient for attending a concert at the casino. The room was very nice and it was quiet. Nice ambiance in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Parking was a challenge. Not enough handicap parking stalls. Price was a little high. There was quite a long line up/wait for check in with only one front desk clerk checking people in at a busy time. One elevator was not working.
