Great location. Close to good restaurants and right off the highway. Staff was very kind and helpful.

I stayed at the same location 2 weeks earlier and it was excellent. The breakfast was GREAT
Two things: 1) The HVAC system was set at 68 deg F when I arrived. Since I am not a side of beef, I tried to change the temp to 72 deg F. The system shut down and never ran again, although the temp seems to stabilize. I need the fan to run for white noise but there was no way to get it to run.; 2)Not sure why they don't provide plastic cups for cold beverages, just paper cups for coffee. Not a big deal but seemed odd.
The room was nice, furniture well taken care of, lots of outlets. Good breakfast, except for the eggs. Are they powdered eggs? Staff was great. Good location.

The hotel smelt amazing and clean, the hotel staff was friendly and informational, and the room was very comfortable and clean.
This was the worst hotel experience
First, when we arrived, we were not given the type of room which we had booked months ago, and we required 2 queen beds. We were told the hotel was overbooked and we could not speak with a manager until Monday (it was Sat). We had to escalate this by calling a manager offsite. We were able to stay in a 2 queen room but it had no thermostat, rather than change hotels.
In addition to this, the hotel was full of loud children running around being unsupervised while the adults/parents were in the breakfast area with open cases of beer. The woman in the room next to us had to shout at the children to be quiet and go stay in their rooms and threatened to call the police at 11pm. It was inexcusable for the hotel (and parents) to allow children to run around the hotel. Only one woman appeared to be working at the front desk and I truly felt bad for her with how disorderly everyone was.
Additionally, at breakfast I had to wait for the waffle dispenser to be repaired. I was told a child had broken it.
There was a pile of visibly dirty and wet pool towels in the hallway outside the breakfast area in the morning, and the lobby restrooms were out of toilet paper (ladies) and paper towels (men’s)
We have stayed at this hotel several times when driving across the country and are very disappointed we will need to find another location/city as our stopping point.
