Enjoyable stay, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Very friendly staff in a good location for visiting Santa Barbara. Comfortable and quiet, would stay again.

Cons:

We didn't like that the breakfast was all served on disposable, non-recyclable plates with disposable plastic cutlery, it felt like a terrible waste.

Pros:

Both my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well put together and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! We will definitely be coming back!

The overall hotel is very run down and that is disappointing as it is part of a Hilton family hotel.

Cons:

There was a leak in bathroom, the leak was from ceiling and spilled water on the floor. The leak has been there a while as there was mold on wall and room smelled. We were moved to another room…but that room had a stained couch. It appears that cleaning folks did not clean sofa as there were crumbs in between the cushions. I was supposed to get parking fee removed and that did not happen.

For the price, it was not worth the stay, I did check out early.
Pros:

The staff was nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room did not smell clean. Carpet was dirty. Bathroom was dated. Pool was small and not somewhere you could relax.
