Todo genial!!! Las habitaciones limpias, las piscina genial, la comida estupenda, los camareros los cocineros, los animadores socorridas, personal de limpieza todo de diez!! Volveremos, todo el día animación mini club para los niños pero también juegos para los mayores

Cons:

Por poner algo, algunas zonas comunes un poco antiguas, y que solo hubiese in ventilador de techo en la habitación y tuvieras que pagar por otro ventilador o pingüino, pero a sido soportable el calor.

Um paraíso para quem sabe apreciar.
Pros:

O espaço a animação a comida tudo muito bom , sempre limpo sempre reposto o que faltava, para relaxar é um espaço agradável,perto de um super ( ALDI ) onde encontra de tudo até roupa e a bons preços.

A localização, um pouco longe de tudo ( praia )
Mas tem Shuthe bus para maspalomas , camioneta ou táxi ... Mas na minha opinião um pouco longe ,
Está também situado junto a uma via rápida, não foi o meu caso mas amigos meus ficaram virados para essa via rápida e á noite mesmo com as janelas fechadas o barulho dos carros encomoda,

Mas qualidade preço justifica, eu gostei aluguei carro a localização era o menos , adorei o meu quarto a vista para piscina e palco foi bom , obrigado a todos por concretizem umas boas férias, obrigado

Bom hotel em relação à qualidade preço.
Funcionários sempre muito prestáveis.
O buffet tem sempre de tudo e o jantar tem temáticas que vão variando todos os dias.
Para quem tem carro, consegue arranjar facilmente estacionamento na zona.

We have just come to the end of our holiday at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we arrived, every single member of staff made us feel welcome. The customer service here is exceptional, and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We did have a couple of issues during our stay, including a problem with the air conditioning. Although it took a few visits to resolve, the Guest Experience team and management handled everything brilliantly. They replaced the unit, kept us updated throughout.

I also mentioned there weren’t enough plug sockets in our room, and within no time an extension lead was brought straight up to us. It may seem like a small thing, but it’s another example of how they genuinely listen to their guests and do everything they can to help.

My girlfriend had arranged a birthday surprise for me, including a birthday cake, but what happened afterwards completely took us by surprise. Knowing it was the anniversary of my dog, Poppy, passing away, Gaia went above and beyond to make the day special. They surprised us with thoughtful extra touches, including a bottle of champagne, and their kindness meant more to us than words can express. It’s something we’ll never forget.

The food has been delicious with plenty of choice every day, the entertainment has been brilliant every evening, and the hotel is spotless throughout.

The location is perfect too. It’s close to the Yumbo Centre, Holiday World, the water park, shops and everything you could need, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

A very special thank you to Gaia and Arianna, along with every member of staff, for making our holiday so unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. You didn’t just give us a holiday—you gave us memories that we’ll treasure forever.

No fue del todo lo que esperaba

El trato del personal contando mucho con las personas de animación

En toda la estancia en el hotel nunca coji una hamaca es decir porque siempre ocupadas con toalla horas y horas y nunca se veía a las personas ocupantes,😞 siempre en silla q tenía libres el mini bar con mi toalla

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, including the managers and directors, who made us feel so welcome. The entertainment team was incredibly friendly and always made our stay fun. Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento. La zona de la piscina es pequeña. La limpieza del bar de la piscina mejorable. Animación bien en general pero hay días que no hay ni música. Gimnasio flojo.
