Pros:

Los distintos horarios que tenían de comida,la limpieza en la habitación, la animación bastante bien

Cons:

Que el todo incluido fuese hasta las once de la noche ya que el bar piscina cierra una hora más tarde es decir a las 12:00

Sitio tranquilo para ir con niños o en pareja.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, tanto en recepción como en comedor y bar.
Lo mejor del “todo incluido” es la variedad y calidad del bufet.

Cons:

El mobiliario es antiguo, el A/A es de pago y las bebidas del T/I son de calidad baja, excepto el ron que es Arehucas.

Personal muy agradable en especial Arianna que tuvo un detalle precioso con nosotras, el equipo de animación que fueron super cercanos y los demás empleados también muy agradables. Buffet muy completo. Las actividades nocturnas fueron muy entretenidas. La piscinas estaba muy bien

Cons:

Se escuchaba mucho ruido de las habitaciones por la noche y en la madrugada. Se escuchaba a las de la limpieza muy temprano cuando aun no habíamos despertado

Best hotel iv stayed in!
Pros:

Hotel is Clean, modern and just all round amazing, food was great with a wide choice, staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful, iv been to this hotel 3 times within the last year and will definitely be back again, iv been with my friend aswell as my teenagers and my 3 young kids and its got something for everyone! Kids club is absolutely fantastic and the staff who ran it (esp Omar) really build a bond with the wee ones and get to know them! 10 out of 10

Vacaciones del puente de mayo
Pros:

Lo mas fue el trato del personal. Ariadna muy pendiente de nosotros, muy amable y servicial, nos gustó mucho el detalle que nos dejó por el día de las madres por petición propia.

Cons:

La discoteca estaba cerrada, y la animación muy enfocada al turista pero no a la gente local.
