No fue del todo lo que esperaba

El desayuno variado ,
El trato del personal contando mucho con las personas de animación

En toda la estancia en el hotel nunca coji una hamaca es decir porque siempre ocupadas con toalla horas y horas y nunca se veía a las personas ocupantes,😞 siempre en silla q tenía libres el mini bar con mi toalla

Pros:

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff, including the managers and directors, who made us feel so welcome. The entertainment team was incredibly friendly and always made our stay fun. The cleanliness was outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, and the food was delicious with a great variety to choose from. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! 🙌🏻🥰

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento. La zona de la piscina es pequeña. La limpieza del bar de la piscina mejorable. Animación bien en general pero hay días que no hay ni música. Gimnasio flojo.

Nos ha encantado el lugar.
Tanto los bufets, la comida buenísima, el personal muy amable, la piscina, las habitaciones destacar la limpieza y la amabilidad de todos los trabajadores, el equipo de animación todos muy simpáticos.
No tenemos ningun comentario malo, sin duda volveremos. Es un hotel familiar, se está muy agusto tanto si vas en pareja como en familia, los niños se divertían muchísimo.
Lo único que decir es que te tenías que levantar super temprano para poder coger una hamaca y sombrilla a tiempo, la gente las reservaban y se iban a la playa y cuando volvían tenían su sitio cogido, es verdad que eso deberían controlarlo un poco más.
Pero hemos estado una semana súper agusto y hemos disfrutado mucho.

Razoável, tendo em conta o preço.
Pros:

A piscina, que estava sempre limpa e era bastante espaçosa. Muitas espreguiçadeiras, nunca tivemos problemas em encontrar livres para ficarmos.

Cons:

O facto de não ter ar-condicionado, apenas uma ventoinha que não refrescava muito. Cuidado ao ir numa época muito quente.
O pior de tudo foi a comida. Fomos em regime de tudo incluído, não havia grande variedade e a comida, de forma geral, não era boa. Entre as 3 refeições, a melhor era o jantar devido às noites temáticas, em que a comida variava um bocadinho. Ao pequeno almoço e ao jantar, mesmo quando ainda faltavam 10/15 minutos para o horário de fecho das refeições, a comida começava a ser recolhida, algo que, a meu ver, dá bastante mau aspecto. Nem todas as bebidas alcoólicas estão disponíveis no tudo incluído e só se pode pedir bebidas até às 23h, após essa hora temos de pagar. Tem um espaço de discoteca que não estava a funcionar, o que é uma pena.
