Nonsmoking room was not available as per my request and the room smelled of smoke - The refrigerator was noisy - One water tap leakage water when open - need some minor maintenance
Nice and elegant hotel, spacious and well furnished rooms, quality of food excellent, both for in-room dining and for breakfast, with wide selection of indonesian dishes. Enjoyable swimming pool with bar and tables.

The breakfast was ok, very little choice for a foreigner.
I was given a smoking room even though I requested for a non smoking room. At check in I was asked to pay more to upgrade to a non smoking room as they said there were only smoking rooms available. Then after challenging the staff and telling them that I was going to complain to booking.com, they gave me a non smoking room at the end!

Very nice and comfortable hotel!
In the morning it was very noisy because of the traffic outside. But maybe it depends on the side of the room.
I only stayed the one night as planned. I arrived without my luggage, and a bit emotional. The staff were amazingly supportive, assured I was checked in and comfortable, they took over the communication with retrieving my luggage and returning it to me.
The food was delicious, nice portion sizes and reasonable prices.
The room was large, airy, clean and wonderful air-conditioning as it was so muggy.
The pool side cafe and seating area was well maintained and clean. Pool was wonderful!
