Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.
The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.

Great breakfast and pool area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Lovely suite in the Villa de Este building.
Booked this because it says adults only. No children allowed on the Booking.com listing however this is not true and needs to be changed. There were children in the pool playing ball games and jumping in from the sides. Only spoken to on our 3rd day after a complaint. Also says no pets. There was a dog in the pool on one occasion! Then wet sitting on sun lounge cushions. Yuck!!
Comfortable beds. Nice bathroom. Walking distance to the marina where there are many restaurants. Amazing pool and staff.
Belvedere restraunt was closed. Food options were limited.
Ótima localização. foi possível ir a pé para a cidade de Cascais e restaurantes próximos. Equipe excelente, simpáticos e atenciosos. Bar da piscina também com ótimo atendimento e a piscina maravilhosa e confortável. Destaque para a águia que impede que as gaivotas ataquem nossa comida.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeitende. Helfen immer gerne. Großes Zimmer an ruhiger Lage und mit schöner Aussicht. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.
Wellness (Sauna, Dampfbad) könnte kostenlos zugänglich sein in einem so tollen Hotel.
Location, building, spa and pool.
Finally a true 5 star hotel and experience. We have just returned from a 2 night stay at this wonderful hotel and beautiful Cascais for the first time.
Right from checking in the reception and luggage staff were exceptionally helpful, kind and accommodating. We arrived early but took full use of the facilities whilst our room was prepared.
We found no issues with sunbeds, during start of peak season, they operate a no reserving beds policy which was refreshing and civilised, although afternoons could get busy.
The small details made all the difference for us, refreshing aromatherapy towels offered in the afternoon, shots of smoothy around the pool of a morning, complimentary fruit and water by the pool, turn down service of an evening etc.
Breakfast was fantastic, great range and beautifully presented, plus choice from a la carte menu if wanted.
A very classy hotel with professional but equally friendly staff, we will certainly be booking again.
Very disappointing stay.
It lacks maintenance with visible signs of wear all round.
The staff service we received was terrible. No tea or coffee offered one morning at breakfast despite having to ask for it, it never came!, over charged on drinks at the bar, and the room cleaning was awful -black gunk in the corners of the shower.
Cascias is lovely but don't stay here.
