Pros:

Emplacement agréable à 2min à pied de la plage
Geste commercial après plusieurs problème dans notre chambre

Cons:

Les transats sont en mauvais état
L’eau de la piscine est trouble
Le bruit de la climatisation est désagréable
La chambre n’était pas très propre par contre l’équipe de ménage ne se gêne pas de laisser une enveloppes à remplir pour les tips …
Il faut être patient si vous avez un problème dans la chambre car le service client n’est pas réactif, il n’y a personne dans le bureau sur place

Pros:

Tudo estava perfeito, acomodação em localização privilegiada a alguns passos da praia , quarto totalmente reformado e novinho com cozinha completa.

Wonderful find
Pros:

We stayed at this location for one night on 6/23 to be with our son in Florida for a surgical procedure. What a wonderful find online! More like a airbnb location. Communication via messaging worked great - thankfully I found their messages under my junk folder within an hour of our arrival! Our room was nicely remodeled. You can tell this use to be a older motor lodge, but the family that owns this property has done a wonderful job of improvements. We noticed several nice seating areas outside, our room was very clean and comfortable. Truly appreciate the information provided on how to go to the beach from this location. We enjoyed the walk, and was blessed to see a green sea turtle return to the ocean the day of our departure. If we have need to be in the Boca Raton area again, if this property is available we will be booking it!

Great value in Boca Raton... very clean
Pros:

Overall excellent value... not the fanciest place but it was clean and had excellent cookware and flatware (plates, utensils, etc). Bed was comfy

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner was really noisy... however, I understand that window units are kind of the norm at this price point

Great place to stay that is clean and close to beach
Pros:

Walking in to the room felt like walking into a room in a guest house . Clean and homelike
Had a kitchen and was very clean for under 100 is a deal. Pool looked good
Ac worked good
Felt safe
Pet friendly

Cons:

It has a low clearance for tall vans so I would keep that in mind if you have a moving truck and any large cargo van.

Everything. Very clean. Excellent facilities. Loved the areas provided where I could sit and read.

Cons:

Our door code didn't work on our second day but resolution was good on contacting the phone number provided. There was a lady smoking by the pool on our first day which was off putting.
