El hotel es muy comodo cerca a la playa el restaurante es excelente y la atencion es fenomenal. Toda la gente es muy amable
Lovely staff and great location. AC in the room worked great
Don't get your hopes up for the breakfast (or the hotels restaurant in general). Food was mediocre at best, quite low quality and definitely overpriced.
Convenient
Small rooms
La ubicación era perfecta, a 100 m de la playa y sobre la zona peatonal de Lapad. Rodeada de lugares para comer y comprar souvenirs. La habitación con balcón y hermosa vista.
Great location in Lapad
This was our first trip to Dubrovnik and we weren’t quite sure what to expect but the hotel was super clean, had lovely staff, and was well located. We just hopped on the number 6 bus for the short trip into the Old Town.
Nothing
The location was brilliant, very near the sea, a quiet area. The bus stop to the old town close by.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants very close also.
Hotel breakfast wasn’t great, more choice needed.
Henkilökunta oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen
Great location, clean comfortable lovely staff
Emplacement propreté
The staff were smiling and cheerful, and we felt genuinely welcome. It is an excellent team, led by an owner who, whenever needed, steps in and helps with everything, giving the hotel a warm personal touch.
For me, everything was good. If you decide to stay here, I expect you will see it for yourself.
Great location, big balcony and ocean view
Not much to complain about really.
Świetnie położony hotel, miła i profesjonalna obsługa, uśmiechnięta i życzliwa! Śniadanie skromne ale świeże. Pyszna kawa i owoce. Dziękujemy za lunch boksy 🙂polecam!
Brak butelek wody na powitanie, brak czajnika. Lunchbox mógłby zawierać wodę. Do śniadania przyszłaby się sałata.
It was close to beach
During my holiday in Dubrovnik, Croatia, I stayed at Hotel Perla and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
Upon arrival, I immediately contacted reception to report that one of the beds in our room was broken. I was informed that the manager was not working over the weekend and that nothing could be done about the issue at that time.
I also requested a kettle so that I could make herbal tea in my room. The staff informed me that kettles were not permitted in guest rooms and that I would need to come downstairs to obtain hot water whenever I wanted tea. I accepted this arrangement and went to the restaurant area to collect hot water.
The staff further informed me that guests were not allowed to take food purchased elsewhere to their rooms and that any outside food had to be consumed in the hotel restaurant.
On Saturday evening, I purchased a cake from a local bakery. Later that evening, my family and I ordered and ate dinner in the Hotel Perla restaurant. After finishing our meal, I asked for some extra spoons so that I could eat the cake I had purchased. The waiter immediately told me that I was not allowed to eat the cake in the restaurant. I pointed out that I had previously been told that outside food could not be taken to the hotel room, leaving me with no reasonable place to consume it. After some discussion, the manager eventually agreed that I could eat the cake, although this permission was given very reluctantly.
When it came to paying the bill, £110 in cash was taken from us for the three meals. However, we were never provided with an itemised receipt or any documentation showing the charges. As a result, I am unable to verify what we were charged for and have concerns regarding the accuracy and transparency of the billing.
In addition, the room did not match the description provided at the time of booking. The listing on Booking.com stated that the room would have a balcony with a beach view.
