Pros:

Nice relaxed place - rooms were clean

Cons:

Entertainment was generally poor, daytime snacks were really poor quality and beach is not accessible for children.

Das Erste, was jedem Gast auffällt, ist der starke Küchengeruch am Hoteleingang. Offenbar wird die Abluft der Küche in Richtung des Eingangs geleitet, was einen sehr schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterlässt. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das nicht angemessen.

Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr begrenzt und entsprach nicht dem Standard, den man von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel erwartet. Insgesamt wirkte es eher wie ein 2- oder 3-Sterne-Hotel.

Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch den Service. Das Personal war freundlich, professionell und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

Готель дуже класний!!! На першому місці це СЕРВІС!!! тут він відмінний! На другом це ЇЖА! Кожен день було щось новеньке!! ми довго вагалися який готель обрати і натрапили на цей готель, спочатку забронювали на 3 дні для того щоб оцінити його, але вже в перший день продовжили наше перебування ще на 5 днів! До речі на рецепшені зустріла нас пані Тетяна яка розмовляла російською, вона нам все в деталях розповіла і у всьому допомагала їй окремий респект!

as socket are UK type at least one in room should be standard european socket, if not you need to buy adapter

Cons:

The beds (mattress) very basic. Rooms basic too however they are very clean. Food was ok, always something but hot food not hot at all. Lamps do not keep the food warm.

Micul dejun diversificat dar nu gustos, pentru noi

Check in- ul categoric nu se face inainte de ora 15. Noi cand am ajuns la hotel ( si nu doar noi, toate persoanele care trebuiau sa se cazeze in ziua respectiva) am fost anuntati ca s-a produs o eroare, ca nu au camere disponibile pentru noapte respectiva si ca ne muta la alt hotel pentru o noapte, dar sa stam linistiti ca ne muta la un hotel de 5 stele.... Nu a fost hotel de 5 stele asa cum nici Atlantica Callisto nu este hotel de 4 stele. Au urmat 2 zile de plimbat intre hoteluri, decazat la ora 11 pentru ca au grija sa iti lase biletel in usa ca nu cumva sa intarzii 5 min si cazare la ora 15.... a fost "superb". Inafara de asta - aer conditionat care nu functioneaza corespunzator si miroase urat ( probabil trebuiau curatate filtrele), lenjerie patata, camera - mobilier, usi, dus - vechi si greu de manevrat. In cel mai bun caz ar putea fi catalogat ca 2 stele, ceea ce ar fi ok daca nu ar costa atat de mult.

Нам поменяли номер без проблем.
Так как наш находился у маркета и в 7 утра было шумно, нам пошли на встречу все поменяли.
