Pros:

Good breakfast, very helpful concierge. They gave us an extra single room which was very useful. Just across the road from the bus stops, very convenient location.

Cons:

Triple Room was gloomy and could use more light. Building shook from traffic below - felt like earthquakes while we were sleeping. Slightly unnerving.

Pros:

Das Frühstück im Hof war sehr gut! Das Hotel hat eigenen Restaurant a la Karte: In der Küche wird Mittag- und Abendessen zubereitet, dementsprechend war alles sehr frisch und es gab viel Auswahl: Von Obst, Eiergerichten bis zu verschiedenen Küchlein. Die Mitarbeiter von Hotel waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Leider war es sehr heiß draußen, und es gab keine Klimaanlage, dazu hatte ich ein Eckzimmer (Das Hotel liegt, ja, zwischen 3 Straßen) und es war sehr laut. Es gab ein Ventilator. Die Zimmer zum Hof sind bestimmt besser.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the lake, ferry, and train station--much more so than hotels within the heart of the old town, which made me really happy with my choice. And breakfast is delicious! My room on the third floor was perfect for a solo traveler and very quiet at night, except for the vibrations caused by the tram passing by outside. The bathroom is small but well equipped, and the fan provided in the bedroom proved to be a necessity in the August heat. Just be sure you are able to walk up a short flight or two of stairs with your bags in case your room is on the third floor.

Relax in a Little oasis in the middle of buzzing Luzern
Pros:

Very central with a lovely courtyard restaurant where breakfast happened too
Staaf was extremly friendly.
Portable aircon Unit in the room was a bliss.

Lucerna incantevole, tempo bellissimo, struttura ottimale. Perfetto tutto.
Pros:

Posizione ottima, a breve distanza sia dalla stazione che dalla città vecchia. Tutto raggiungibile a piedi. Colazione buona e completa, personale molto gentile.

Cons:

Direi che tutto è stato gradevole, nessun problema riscontrato.

very nice hotel with extremely friendly and efficient staff
Pros:

- good location, a few minutes walk from the bridge, bus station in front of the hotel
- free Luzern card ensuring free public transportation
- spreads on 3 interesting old buildings nicely decorated
- very friendly and efficient staff
- good breakfast
- quiet
- nice restaurant
- vallet parking (although expensive)

Cons:

- no night-tables near the beds, just three legs unstable chairs
- no coffee / tea machine in the room
- slippery shower floor in the bathroom

A fantastic stay in an excellent location, with wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t fault anything. The location was excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Lucerne. What really stood out was the staff – they were incredibly friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to help us throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
