Good stay overall with staff who really did their outmost for us to feel welcome. Disappointed by the noisy room, but I
Pros:

The staff were super accommodating and friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and it was possible to check out at 12, which is quite unusual nowadays. Food in the restaurant was really great and a lunch or dinner there is highly recommended.
The location was also very good.

Cons:

The room was very noisy and a lot of noise came in from the street. Every time a bus would drive by the building, the whole building would shake. Was impossible to sleep without earplugs. Car parking was expensive.

Pros:

The location is great because it is a few minutes' walk from the train station and boats' landing dock, also steps away from downtown, and behind the hotel is the bus stop that has buses coming up every few minutes, and they take you straight to the station. And the hotel provides you with the free vouchers to use the bus. And the breakfast in the morning that is included with the stay is just magical, top quality in every detail.

Beautiful place, Great Location, the best staff.
Pros:

The location is great in the center of Lucerne, a walking distance to the wooden bridge and central station.
The staff was amazing, very helpful. I would like to thank Nadia in specific, she made my trip way better and more organized and gave me great tips.

Cons:

The elevator doesn’t go up to the top floor where I stayed, had to carry the luggage for one floor, but not a big deal.

Nice and central
Pros:

A large clean room, complementary water and coffee

Cons:

No air condition, only a ventilation
During the summer for me it’s a nightmare to sleep in such a heat
Mosquitos from the lake and no nets on the windows
