Good hotel good location
Pros:

Nice hotel in very good location . Good breakfast

Cons:

There were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room although the staff were happy to supply when requested . Also would have been good to be supplied with a fresh bottle of water each day

Clean, comfortable and well located hotel with excellent restaurant
Pros:

Extremely clean throughout the hotel.
Comfortable bed.
Excellent meal in restaurant (quality + service).
Good breakfast (hot + cold).
Friendly staff.
Useful tablet provided in room with hotel and city info.
Great location: short walk to main Lucerne attractions and transport links.

Cons:

Curtains inadequate to keep out the light.
Bathroom could be more private (door is half-glass).
Some trip hazards from slight differences in floor heights in rooms. Also need edging marks on stairs as difficult to see clearly.

Cons:

Woke up several times per night by shaking floor either from guests next door or upstairs. It is also possible that staff working on breakfast or cleaning made the noise early morning.

Excelente localização.
Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários.
Pequeno almço bastante bom, com variedade e qualidade.
Limpeza dos quartos.

Cons:

Temperatura do quarto, nao existe possibilidade de regular temperatura do quarto. Quarto esteve bastante quente.
Entra muita luz no quarto de manhã, pela janela, mesmo com tudo fechado.

Restaurant and location make this a good one.
Pros:

The breakfast was delicious! We also had dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived and it was wonderful. The location was good. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

While I was grateful that the room had AC (it was very warm outside), guests should be aware that it is a portable unit where the exhaust tube needs to hang out an open window. This makes for a very inefficient and loud cooling experience.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff and great breakfast
Pros:

Great location, walkable to all sites and lake. Staff was very responsive and every person was friendly and helpful. Spacious accommodations for the 3 adults- very clean. Breakfast was delicious! Do not skip...they even prepared sandwiches for us when asked due to a very early check out.

Cons:

Room was booked and reserved to have air conditioning. When heat wave hit, that was removed. We could see there was a few rooms that were given window air conditioners- we were not. However large powerful fans were given to us and with the windows open at night- sleep was comfortable. Bring earplugs because there is a lot of street and church bell noise.

Pros:

The staff was super helpful.. they made my one day trip amazing..
The location was great. Breakfast was nice

Cons:

The building wld shake a little whever the bus passed by.
I wish there was a kettle in the room

Great place to stay
Pros:

Lovely staff! The restaurant was very good. The location was excellent. Loved it that we could open the windows. The room was very clean.

Cons:

Nothing — maybe the beds were a little soft. But really very minor.
