Pros:

Muy buen hotel, el personal muy amable en todo momento, las instalaciones son muy chulas, las piscinas merecen la pena, te incluyen un ticket de barco para ir a una playa cercana que está muy tranquila y solitaria.

Cons:

El único detalle tonto, es que cobran 3€ por la caja fuerte, para eso mételo en el precio de la habitación, me pareció un poco ridículo

Pros:

El desayuno muy bueno y variado.
Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias.
Muy buen ambiente en el hotel y muchas actividades para los niños.

Cons:

Que por la mañana el bar estaba cerrado y no podíamos pedirnos un café o una bebida. Solo podían en otro bar los que tenían el todo incluido.

Hôtel immense mais grâce son architecture en longueur , se fond dans le paysage

Perfeito para descansar
Pros:

O staff foi sempre muito simpático, disponível e prestável. O espaço em si é bastante agradável, tudo se encontra bem organizado e cuidado, com uma apresentação muito boa. O hotel dispõe ainda de diversas opções de entretenimento e beneficia de uma localização excelente.

Cons:

O buffet poderia apresentar uma maior variedade, sobretudo na oferta disponível junto à piscina para os hóspedes em regime de tudo incluído.

Outro aspeto que poderia ser melhorado são as pulseiras de identificação. O botão utilizado para as fechar acaba por ser um pouco incómodo e, no caso das crianças, pode mesmo arranhar a pele. Talvez fosse interessante optar por um sistema de fecho mais confortável, eventualmente adesivo ou semelhante, sobretudo nas pulseiras infantis.

São pequenos aspetos que, sendo melhorados, contribuiriam para tornar a experiência ainda mais agradável.

Todo, empezando por el personal muy amable, pendientes y dedicados a ayudar en todo lo que necesitamos. Piscinas, instalaciones y restaurantes de 10. Mención especial a los animadores/as que estuvieron animando a los niños/as.

Viaje inolvidable y excelente
Pros:

Trato excepcional del personal en la piscina y comedor. Ambiente tranquilo y acogedor. La habitación muy limpia y con lo necesario. El servicio de barco hacia la playa funciona de maravilla y la playa es fantástica.

Cons:

La piscina de adultos tenia un poco de descontrol, con niños corriendo, gritando, salpicando y nadie que les llamase la atención; en cambio la de adultos estaba perfecta aunque con pocas hamacas.

Detalles que mejorar, pero repetiremos!
Pros:

Me gusta mucho del alojamiento la ubicación. El Rompido con el faro y la playa tan bonita lo hace muy especial. Vamos con los niños. Es la segunda vez y repetiremos seguro

Cons:

1. Tener que buscar desesperadamente hamacas. Con los niños, buscamos cercanía a la piscina y sombra y ha sido casi imposible
2. La noche de “cena asiática” no tenía nada de asiático.
3. La animación infantil un poco pobre y no nos enteramos bien de lo que había.
4. La animación nocturna deja mucho que desear. Las cantantes de estos días no animaban nada, cantaban sentadas y no nos apetecía estar ahí.
La noche del lunes la música y la voz sonaban muy altas
5. Gatos molestos a la hora de comer. Soy alérgica y mi hijo no paraba de tocarlos porque venían.
6. Me hice un masaje relajante en el que recibí crujidos vertebrales con los que he estado bastante molesta y mareada los días siguientes
