La ubicación es lo mejor, el personal agradable y lo peor es el aire acondicionado, muy ruidoso y no enfría muy bien.

Cons:

El baño es aparente pero no muy nuevo. El aire acondicionado no funciona bien .

Pros:

Habíamos leido solo reseñas positivas de este hotel y las suscribimos. Es un hotel moderno, elegante y muy bien mantenido. Todo el personal del hotel muy amable. Las habitaciones grandes y modernas. El desayuno buffet tambien muy rico. El restaurante del hotel tb es una opcion muy buena para comer y nada q envidiar a otros restaurantes top de Burgos. En general, ninguna crítica a este hotel que sí hace gala de ser un 4 estrellas.
