Staff were very friendly and amazing!!
Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms were spectacular beautifully maintained, comfortable, and spotless. Every member of the team was extremely kind and always willing to help with anything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and we would happily return.

Everything
The suite was amazing. The staff wonderful and so kind that we were happy to see them coming back at the hotel everyday.
Facilities are great and everything is so well maintained, from swimming pools to rooms.
The food also is very good even if a bit pricey.
Massages were efficient to untie a few knots in our backs.
Wish we could have stayed a bit more!
Thank you to all the team for a wonderful stay.

Pros:

Oasi nel centro della città..staff super cordiale e disponibile, colazione un po' a buffet e poi possibilità di ordinare alla carta il salato. Stanza enorme e sempre pulita. Ogni pomeriggio ci hanno lasciato un regalino sul letto. Prezzi del pool bar irrisori. Bravi tutti e grazie, è stato magnifico!

Personnel vraiment très attentionné et souriant. Très bon accueil . service personnalisé. Calme avec beaucoup de verdure . Lobby/bar/restaurant de style colonial très joli, spacieux, lumineux et aéré . La suite avec piscine très jolie !

Nous étions 3 amis dans la suite et nous avons eu seulement une clef, ce n’est pas pratique
