Cons:

La cama no nos pareció nada cómoda, es una habitación muy normalita para el precio que tiene. Además de ello casi todos los servicios del hotel suponen un coste extra como la posiciona spa parking etc etc

Locație excelentă, aproape de Oceanograf și muzee, destul de departe de plaje, dar foarte aproape de stațiile de autobuz, care te duc in orice direcție. Cafenele foarte aproape de hotel și locuri de servit mic dejun. Peste drum de hotel se află 2 mall-uri, in incinta căruia se află un supermarket.

Cons:

Badet er delt i to med en helt unødvendig glassvegg. Min kone gikk rett på den og fikk et stygt merke i pannen. Det værste var sikkerheten. Det var ingen trapper i tilknytning til heisene. De eneste trappene var nødutgangen som lå godt gjemt bak en dør. Videre var en av tre heiser ute av drift med påfølgende lang ventetid.

Aanrader! Als we nog een keer in Valencia komen gaan we terug!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! We hadden een familie-kamer; 2 kamers met een tussendoor, perfect en ontzettend ruim!

Cons:

Tuurlijk zie je dat er op wat fronten iets onderhoud nodig is maar dit hotel is zeker een aanrader!

Es la cuarta o quinta vez que vamos a este hotel y nos gusta sobre todo por la ubicación, ya que tenemos la ciudad de las artes a lado y si quieres ir al centro, el autobús 94 lo tienes prácticamente en la puerta del hotel. Alrededor del hotel hay muchísimos bares y restaurantes para cenar muy bien y el centro comercial Aqua enfrente, ideal. Las habitaciones grandes y cómodas.

Desde que estamos yendo a este hotel, desde que era al principio del grupo Meliá siempre nos ha gustado mucho, pero se nota que pasa el tiempo y se nota mucho en los baños, puertas que no abren y cierran bien por que rozan una barbaridad en el suelo, los grifos de los bidet le falta la pieza final del chorro y va donde quiere mojando todo como te descuides, vimos un escarabajo que se escondía debajo de un plato de ducha, la cisterna del WC tarda un montón en llenarse y el lavabo no desagua por qué el tapón no sube lo suficiente, tuve que quitarlo para que no se llenase de agua. Estas cosas hay que repasarlas por qué el hotel lo vale y no te puedes llevar una mala impresión por un poco de mantenimiento.
