Nice clean hotel on other side of the Arno River so not as busy but still very close to the hear of the city center. The patio for breakfast was an amazing beautiful setting. There were couple early evenings we also sat at the patio to relax.
wonderful place to stay, conveniently located near the Ponte Vecchio, great breakfast included and a wonderful friendly staff. My only complaint is the pillows, they could be a little fluffier. blablabla 200 character minimum.
Amazing hotel - we had a large room for 4 people - the air conditioning kept us cool. We noticed the thin towels, but realized they were very absorbent! No issues. Everything was perfect for us - great location, walked everywhere. We even found a laundromat (Via Romana, 39, 50125). The beautiful terrace for breakfast wow! The breakfast selections were fresh daily. Our son was a huge fan of the Nutella dispenser. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Hotel Silla and your friendly, helpful staff.
Excellent location across the river from the heart of Florence. About a ten-minute walk to the Uffizi gallery. An old-style European hotel. Spacious rooms with high ceilings. Comfortable beds. Expansive breakfast buffet and spacious terrace. Interesting artworks throughout. Friendly service and nearby covered parking. Highly recommended. Would happily stay again.
Staff was great. Had an issue with the air conditioning in our room and the hotel determined they couldn't get it fixed until the next day and put us in another room... and they gave us time to move our luggage (on our own terms, since we had things planned.) Outstanding breakfast! And very good location to the heart of the "must do" things in Florence!

The landmark view was hedge a metre from the window . This is a false claim for the price charged.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was well located for us to experience the city and the room was well maintained and clean. Your staff were quite helpful and courteous. The food was also quite good. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel was a great location across the river from all the historic sites, but easy walking distance to everything. It didn't feel quite as crowded and touristy as other places. The bed was a little firm and the shower was a little small for my tall husband, but we still loved this place. The breakfast spread in the morning was great and all of the staff were nice and helpful.
Hotel Silla is my home away from home! While you are there, you are treated like family. The staff is so wonderful and the hotel itself offers all the amenities I look for including laundry service, in house bar, a beautiful terrace and a wonderful breakfast each morning. In addition, the location is perfect, sitting just outside the busy city center, in the Oltrano. I love the San Niccolò neighborhood! I usually visit once a year and can’t wait to be back!!
