Super localisation avec du confort
Pros:

Sa localisation: très proche du centre et de ses monuments , et juste en dessous du bâtiment plusieurs petits restau sympas où manger le soir

Cons:

Très bruyant . Le camion poubelle qui vient ramasser les déchets « verre » à 23h et à 5h du matin, les restaurants et bars juste en dessous avec beaucoup de bruit.

La posizione è ideale per visitare la città, in 10' si è in centro a Firenze.
La stanza era della giusta dimensione, così come il bagno.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza non era perfetta (qualche capello in bagno e polvere sui comodini).
La colazione passabile, niente di eccezionale (molti prodotti industriali).

Feel like an Oltrarno resident without busting the bank.

Cute hotel in need of repair
Pros:

Room 1 had sewage fumes as well as multiple rooms on first floor according to others in our tour group during May 12 to 15, 2026 stay. Hotel service and breakfast was good overall though. Great location to stay away from crowds but still very walkable to attractions.

Great stay (2nd time)!
Pros:

Great location across the Arno with easy walking to all of Florence's great museums and sites. Housed in an historic building with rooms that are clean and modern. And our stay came with an excellent breakfast buffet.

Great location, extremely comfortable bed
Pros:

Great location - quiet area, but close to the Arno and Ponte alle Grazie with direct access to city center. Our room was spacious and very clean. Ditto the bathroom. The bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast buffet was sold.

Very nice stay
Pros:

Very pleasant staff. Wonderful breakfast room & well supplied.
However the bathroom in our room was poorly designed- water leaked out of the shower onto the floor- so we had to be careful not the slip- had to use our towels to soak up the water.

Quarto espaçoso, silencioso e bem limpo. O café da manhã era muito bom. A equipe do hotel era muito educada e simpática. Gostei da localização também - deu para visitar todos os pontos turísticos a pé.

Excellent value, wonderful staff, high comfort.
Pros:

The location is fantastic, as it is a very short walk across the river to Uffizi Gallery and old
City centre, and similarly a short walk to the covered bridge; but also has a peacefulness being across the river and facing the river. The terasse is fantastic and the breakfast was really superb. Many details were thought out (afternoon free coffee and croissants), great service from front desk, accessibility accommodations.

Friendly staff but overpriced hotel in overpriced city

Zentrale Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ponte Vecchio

Cons:

Meine Frühstücksbedürfnisse wären leicht zu befriedigen: ein guter Cappuccino, Croissant und Orangensaft - leider war alles davon ungenießbar - schmeckte nach Billigprodukten. Automat statt Kaffeemaschine - hätte von Florenz mehr erwartet.

Hellhörige, dünne Wände; insgesamt überzogene Preise (trifft aber auf ganz Florenz zu) - hier gilt Quantität vor Qualität

Great hotel, just what we needed
Pros:

We loved our stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including helping with the luggage. The breakfast was nice and the room quiet. Great location. The cheese shop down the street was excellent.

Great Staff, Accomodationd and Location
Pros:

The rooms was clean, bed comfortable and the staff went out of the way to make my visit exceptional. The neighborhood was quiet and all major points of interest walkable. The outside terrace was a great place to unwind at the end of the night or eat breakfast.

Perfect location. Beautiful stay😊
Pros:

We had a recommendation from friends who visited last year to stay here. We’re glad we did. It was a perfect area along the Arno. We could still walk to everything, but the location was less busy than center city.The staff are very friendly, and helpful. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was just enough before setting out for a busy day.

A hotel in Florence with pluses and minuses
Pros:

1- Location of the hotel is very good and central and accessible to many must-see places by walk.
2- The size of the room we were given was big

Cons:

1-The size of the room is ok but the twin beds are quite small. Moreover there could have been different pillow options like stiff/ergonomic ones for the people who do not like soft ones.
2-The towels were quite unusual and they were like a think layer of a bed sheet instead of a proper towel sets
3-In the bathroom, there was no shampoo dispenser, instead there were small disposable shampoo bag which were not convenient to use.
