Bardzo przyjemny pobyt.
Pros:

Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, zaraz po drugiej stronie rzeki, naprzeciwko starego miasta. 5 minut spacerkiem do Mostu Złotników. Śniadania kontynentalne, dobry wybór. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny, szczególnie Pani Kasia, która wnosi wiele ciepła do obiektu. Pozdrawiam

Cons:

Z uwagi na wysokie temperatury powietrza latem, warto byłoby pomyśleć o lepszej klimatyzacji (skuteczniejszej).

Sehr schön und weiterzuempfehlen.
Pros:

Das Personal war super engagiert und hilfsbereit. Da das Zimmer in der ersten Nacht zur Straße ging, baten wir um ein ruhigeres Zimmer und dieses wurde problemlos mit einem schöneren, größerem und neu ausgestattetem am nächsten Tag getauscht.

Cons:

Etwas unangenehm, dass die Vögel (Spatzen und Tauben) beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse über "Tisch und Bänke" gehen...

Gostamos da estrutura do Hotel, o quarto é bem amplo e a espaçoso, boas estruturas de banheiro e ótimas camas.
O café da manhã é excelente.

Cons:

Não penso em nada que pode ser melhorado.

Great location, the apartment could use some updates
Pros:

We were assigned the apartment upon arrival for three people. We booked through travel agent who told us that breakfast was included but actually breakfast was not included with the apartment. The shower was small and the caulking around the door was falling off. The shower drain was plugged up so water drained slowly.

מלון כמו של פעם, קלאסי. הצוות נעים ומקצועי וכל השירותים באיכות גבוהה. ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטעימה. פתרון החניה קצת צפוף אבל יעיל. המיקום מעולה

קשה להתמצא ברחובות העיר עם כל איזורי ה ztl והיה נחמד אם המלון היה מאפשר רישום של לוחית הרישוי כדי לא לקבל קנסות

Great hotel, good location.
Pros:

Stayed for two nights. Hotel appears to have been built into an older building. Not a negative at all. Far from it. About a 20 min walk from Firenze rail station. Staff are great. Hotel is clean and room changes each day. Close to Florence centre. 10 - 15 min walk to centre. Would recommend this hotel.
