El personal muy bueno, había perdido mi chaqueta y me la guardaron. También tienen un servicio de dejar las maletas después de tu estadía y me parece excelente

Pros:

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Literalmente a 20 mins de cada atracción turística de Río.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y el desayuno es delicioso.

La vista desde el hotel es espectacular

Cons:

The issues with our room are no reflection on the staff, who were all very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The doorman in particular always acknowledged us warmly each time he saw us, which was greatly appreciated.

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It was quite small, the pillows felt dusty, and the linen appeared off-white rather than fresh and clean. The curtains had visible mould, and there was also mould in the shower, which was concerning and impacted our comfort.

We asked if it was possible to change rooms, however the hotel was fully booked. Due to the mould and dust concerns, we ultimately decided to move to another hotel just up the road.

No volvería, no es 4 estrellas, con mucha suerte llega a 3.

El desayuno bien, la ubicación excelente. La limpieza de las habitaciones y el trato de las mucamas y los botones, muy bueno también.

Cons:

La piscina es una mentira, hay 2 jacuzzis que no califican como piscina. En la terrza hay 4 reposeras para todo el hotel. La gente de mostrador, grosera, maleducada, no saludaban, y casi ninguno respondía al saludo. Las toallas y sábanas, viejas y manchadas.

Que la atención a la habitación no era 24/7 solicité dos té con algo dulce(torta o pastel) a las 18:30 pm y me
Informaron que no era posible, baje al.comedor y ahi me señalaron que no había ninguna atención entre la 18:00 y las 19:00 hrs. debido que se estaban preparando para la cena. Sólo indicar que en dicho horario no hay atención.

Breve y cómoda, rumbo a Buzios !!!

La vista y la ubicación muy buena, el desayuno muy completo y fresco.
Baño con ducha amplia y muy buena

Cons:

Camas grandes, cómodas, necesitan cambio de colchones, un poco unidos pero se puede dormir, poco espacio para moverse en la habitación, no da la relación tamaño de cama y mobiliario
