The Rose Hotel

Very pleasant staff...... excellent breakfast.

We stayed for one night and I’d booked a standard room but when I went to online check in I asked for Wheelchair accessible. I got a phone call from Darren in the reception to confirm and he said there was none left but give him 20 mins and he rang back to say it was sorted. He was so professional. On arrival I was getting me mothers wheelchair out and one of the bags. Micheal was outside picking up bits of rubbish as he told ya later and asked us did we need help. I grabbed the rest of the stuff from the car and he helped us with our bags all the way to the room. Very courteous and very helpful young man.

That evening we were in Dotts Bar in the hotel and Shane served us in the bar all night. Shane was so lovely and polite all night. Couldn’t do enough for us. The food was beautiful too. Everything served hot and fresh.

The night we stayed it was my father’s 1st anniversary and my parents used to visit here quite a lot. They got very friendly with one of the girls at breakfast called Amy. Amy came to see us that night and we had a lovely evening. My mom just wanted me to mention Amy because she’s a great worker and really looked after both my parents when they were there. We hope now to make this a tradition and come visit in memory of my dad. Thankyou to all at the Rose Hotel who made it a very pleasant experience. Niamh.

Great atmosphere, really helpful staff, on check-in and check out Abbey was helpful, attentive and could not do enough for us. When it came to the waiting staff in Dotts bar, they were fantastic especially Peter and Shane. They both made time for us making us feel special and important and had our orders tended to quickly. Peter's stories were fun and interesting which made the experience so good. And Shane's foresight meant our glasses were never empty. Great team working in this establishment!!!! We are already planning our next visit to The Rose Hotel!!!!

We went to the Rose hotel this weekend for bar food , our first time , with our two children.

The food was really good , and plentiful served by a lovely young girl called Mia.

She was very attentive and kept chatting to our kids , picking up every thing they kept dropping
The place was very busy ,always a great sign

We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Tralee

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the staff of the rose hotel , we had a lovely dinner last night but when a member of our party took a turn from heat exhaustion after the recent heatwave , the staff went over and above to make her comfortable and helped her recover

I stayed two nights in this beautiful hotel, first experience with this hotel and I was blown away with how accommodating the staff are. Abbey at the reception made the checking in process so easy. On my first morning for breakfast I met Mary who showed me the vast selection of gluten free options after explaining to her that I was coeliac. I was amazed that there were so many options from sweet to savoury. Best gluten free selection I have seen in any hotel. I will be making this a regular stay for my business trips in the future. Thank you for making my stay so welcome.

We booked this hotel at the very last minute and we are very glad we did. The quality of the hotel was excellent and all the staff were polite and helpful. We would like to especially mention Jennifer who went out of her way to assist us.

Beautiful property and excellent service

The hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The staff are friendly and attentive. Our room was clean and the bar/restaurant was busy and fun!

The room was absolutely beautiful!! The staff at the hotel were are very lovely especially Abbey at the front desk. Centrally located if you want to explore this part of Ireland.

My Mum, two sisters and I were on our annual girls trip. We chose the Rose hotel to stay for a few days. The best part was breakfast. We had a lovely waiter named Oisín. He was training & he did a wonderful job. He was very attentive & polite. His trainer was very kind to him & helped when needed. I did not get her name.

All in all this was a high quality hotel with good sized rooms. It has a good-sized free car park which makes it ideal as a base for exploring the area. The bar is lively and serves good food and the service is very good.
It is a short and pleasant walk (<10 mins) to the town where there is a good selection of restaurants.

Convenient location, friendly staff

Was in for afternoon tea today with my family and it was delicious! Service was incredible nothing went unnoticed, Mary served us on this particular afternoon. Great experience, thanks to all the team at the RoseHotel I would highly recommend

We had a spa day at the Rose hotel on 21st June for my Niece's 30th. I highly recommend booking yourself in for a treat. We had an amazing facial & hot oil back massage. Ellem our therapist was so friendly & very professional I highly recommemed her. We then had relaxation time with herbal tea fruit juice, fruit skewers & cookies. We will be back.
