Great hotel with top staff too.
Pros:

The full Irish breakfast was top class. Probably the best I’ve ever had at a quality hotel. And I’m lucky and travel a lot. Very large and comfy beds.

Cons:

Didn’t like the outside designated smoking location. I don’t smoke. It’s close to the main entrance and adjacent to the ramped entrance. Horrid.

Good standard of accommodation friendly staff.
Reception (Darren) accommodated a late check out even though hotel was busy - this greatly improved our stay.
Appreciated the robes & slippers in room elevated stay.

Cons:

Water pressure isnt great - i was REALLY looking forward to a bath but bc of the water pressure it took AGES to draw but thats the only minor inconvenience.

Overall we had a nice stay, a very nice meal in the bar restaurant also
Pros:

breakfast was excellent, staff very efficient and friendly, location was good, quick walk to the town centre

Cons:

There were no tea/coffee items in the room, presumably an oversight as there was a small coffee making machine

Pros:

Lovely decor very classy and well maintained

Cons:

There was no decent chair in the rooms to relax in I am a larger lady and prefer a hig back chair , I had to sit in the lift lobby for a comfortable chair to read my book in the evening.
Didn’t feel the quality of food at Dotts bar was of the same standard as the restaurant

Excellent stay in Kerry county
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very nice, good location for visiting Tralee and Kerry county. The breakfast deserved 5 stars hotel rating and is on luxury hotel level. Other meals exceptional as well.
